      service crew was on time and finished in short order. (full sized window)used precaution to remove the cracked glass and paused on the difficult path to bring the new glass down to the cabin all good and we are totally satisfied.********

      Second time they came out. Online ordering system works flawlessly. Understandably took a couple of weeks to fabricate the panels to size. Technician was professional and fast. We're all set for winter now. Highly quality throughout.

      The two gentlemen who came to our house were very efficient and professional. They replaced 4 windows, in and out in less than 35 minutes. My windows are clear and shiny. Thank you Milgard!

      One of the french doors was delivered with a lock not functioning properly. Milgard came out and replaced the part and adjusted the door. All good.

      Very happy with the warranty Milgard Windows provided. These windows were installed over ********************************************************************* **** (it is a very salty exposure). One window got stuck in the open position, I called a local ****** to repair it. When he came out he suggested I contact Milgard as these windows have a lifetime warranty. I called Milgard, and they mailed out the parts, then scheduled their repairmen to come and fix them (they had to travel from another island). They repaired several windows that were difficult to close and ordered a part for a rather large window. I was impressed!!! I haven't seen this level of customer service in decades. I recommend these products all the time now. Thank you Milgard!

      The service and technicians were great. Showed up within the time frame they said. They fixed the problem with the one window and noticed another problem with another window. They took care of getting that window ordered by the end of that day I already had an install appointment. They also checked all the other windows before they left.
