      It took nearly a year to get my windows replaced, pretty unacceptable. The first installer that came after months of calling and trying to coordinate, not a Milgard team, broke 2 of the windows to be replaced all over my den and porch while trying to remove the old failed panes. I'm still picking up shards of glass in and around my home. They brought only 4 of 5 windows that needed replacing, and 2 of them had scratches so they had to be replaced a second time. The new installer which again was not a Milgard company, didn't end up doing the work until months later in the middle of winter. The second company did a good job and were very respectful, but it took nearly a year to get this done from start to finish. The windows may have a lifetime warranty however the replacement service leaves something to be desired.

      We purchased our windows back in 2021. For years 2 of our windows were not sealed correctly and it has taken until Feb **** to get this resolved with Milgard. This cost us alot of money in heating and cooling costs and we were not able to use one of our rooms in summer because it was too uncomfortable. I have sent emails to the emails and tried to get a manager to call us back.They told us our windows were on back order for years and would cancel appts the day of when e arranged to stay home for the repair over 4x. I would never purchase anything from Milgard again as we watched new windows get installed all over our neighborhood but correcting what was installed incorrectly was not a priority. I still think we should be refunded for the two windows that were incorrectly made for years but I can't get anyone to respond to my attempts. Our final window was repaired yesterday.

      Four experienced technicians replaced eight VERY large and heavy windows with meticulous **************** and safety. Each tech was friendly, professional, equipped with state-of-the-art tools, and careful to leave my home cleaner than when they arrived. You can trust Milgard with your home.       I recently had to replace a door handle on my slider. Using ******'s email service I was able to obtain a new handle with no questions asked. My communication was handled promptly. My new handle was in the mail without any problems. Bravo.

      Milgard made it easy to get a replacement window. It took only 2 weeks from the time I filled out the internet form until my window was replaced. They communicated with me during the whole process. They arrived on time and the tech replaced the window very quickly. This is our third time using them and we love the quality and service they provide.
