      ****** and **** were sent to address a problem with a relatively new slider. They arrived on time, were pleasant and courteous. They thought they were going to replace the slider but they were able to get the original one adjusted so that it worked as expected. I had great confidence that they knew what they were doing and weren't just trying to "make" it work. I was quite pleased with their performance and the experience.Re: Milgard....it would have been better to send a technician out prior to doing the service call. They brought a new door panel, which they acknowledged would be trashed. Had an experienced tech reviewed the situation first, a brand new, custom-sized door would not have been wasted. Additionally, since they didn't check first, they actually brought out the wrong size; it was too large and was meant for another opening.

      Except that it took almost 6 weeks to get a tech out to our home, the service was excellent. The tech fixed our door and tested it.
