      Great experience with the *************. The only thing that was disappointing was the timeframe (waiting several months, then the window that was shipped was not the correct size, then we had to wait another two months for the correct size). Other than that, we are pleased. Thanks!

      I finally decided to attempt to clean that 6 year old "dust" on a fixed-window high above my reach on a stairwell that turned out to be left over roller marks on the inside face of a dual paned insulated glass window. It was clearly a manufacturing error that could not be cleaned from the inside or outside of the house. Yes it took me 6 years after it was newly installed to get around to finally trying to clean the "dust" off that window. It took Milgard only 20 minutes to replace that pane of glass which they happily did after I called to report the problem 2 weeks prior. Excellent service and warranty support.

      ***** just finished the replacement of two windows that became cloudy and needed to be replaced even after 12 years from the date of installation. I was thrilled to find out that my Milgard Windows had a lifetime guarantee. The very pleasant customer service rep was able to look up my window purchase, find the measurements from the sales invoice and schedule the technician effortlessly. When ***** showed up, right on time, he expertly completed the replacements in about 20 minutes cleaned the windows, put back the screens and was a very pleasant and respectful man. My experience was superb. Thank you to my local Milgard vendor!
