      The installation of new windows was great. They were under warranty, had some discoloration after ten years, and the new ones look great.

      ****** is a first class technician. I received excellent service when our Milgard sliding glass door malfunctioned and I was locked out of my business office. He not only fixed the lock but did some routine maintenance on the slider. I greatly appreciated the same day service. Thank you.

      Replacement of a failed window is complete, but it took five months because of faulty measurements, The first attempted installation failed because it did not fit. Everything is now OK.

      My glass had to be replaced on my living room window due to fogging between the panes. It took several phone calls, several cancellations by them, and several months for them to come out to do the replacement. When they came out, the new glass was cracked, so they had to order a new piece, which took more time. The crew that came out to do the replacement was friendly, knowledgeable, and did the job quickly. Hats off to the crew, but the whole experience was really bad.

      Our team was knowledgeable and professional. ******* came early and was willing to answer all of our questions. They replaced the flawed sliding door glass and replaced window trim that had contracted. Very friendly and helpful workers!
