  After more than 20 years a few of our windows needed replacement due to age.Milgard came out and replaced the windows at no cost.Honest, reliable and reputable.

  My sister went with Milgard first and loved her windows and doors. On her recommendation, I too, went with them. I had all my windows and two doors replaced. I loved my new windows. But not so much my two doors. I have problems getting these two doors to lock every time. I called a service man and waited more than two months for him to come. Problem, he really didn't listen to me and told me there was nothing wrong with my door locks and they were doing what they are suppose to do. I felt he was talking down to me. My family all says, "If the doors locks are doing what they are suppose to do, how come they aren't locking each time?" I complained about this service man to Milgard, but Milgard did not have the courtesy to contact me to find out the issue. Meanwhile, I still have two doors that do not lock every time I want them to lock. I'm very disappointed in Milgard and their aftercare service.

  Milgard repairmen installed my broken glass in my garden window quickly and efficiently. They were on time and very courteous and even removed their boots because I just had my carpets shampooed.They forgot to bring me my replacement screen, however, for a defective screen for a bedroom window.

  I had a great experience. These windows were 28 years old and I was glad our builder had purchased them from Milgard. The technicians replaced a very large window (took two of them to lift it), a sliding window that was hard to replace due to some house settling, the stationary panel of a sliding glass door, and a small decorative window that was hard to reach. They arrived on time and were in and out in a couple hours. Totally satisfied.

  The service was great, the track and rollers were replaced for my sliding door after 20 years use. I especially like the new design of the track, it performs much more stable. And the new rollers are made of metal instead of plastic, so it can last much longer. The service person did a great job. Thank you very much.

  Milgard technicians **** and ***** arrived today and quickly evaluated my windows and went to work. They successfully replaced the affected windows. The service was professional and very efficient. Both were neat, clean with their work and polite. Thank you guys!!!
