  Technicians were early and extremely pleasant and helpful. However, they informed me that my leaking issue was not due to my slider door and new caulking had to be put around the frame on the outside. Just as a suggestion, in the future I wonder if it would be a good idea for a technician to inspect the window in question before setting up an appointment for a replacement. It would have saved your company time, money, and I could have had the new caulking done sooner than later.

  I purchased Milgard windows to replace old windows. My first issue was dirt and fingerprints between the panes of glass. They replaced 4 windows with the same problem with dirt between the panes. After all the hassle we let it go. This morning we woke up to our dining room window with moisture between the panes so I called customer service to be told their lifetime warranty does not cover this. I would never consider using their product again. These windows were installed in 2019.

  Highly satisfied. The Milgard technician completed his assigned tasks effectively. He was professional in every respect. Accommodating, polite and a credit to your organization. We look forward to receiving a couple of door latches which your technician will order for us and have them shipped to our home for us to install without the need for a further visit from a technician.We could not have been happier. A+

  They were the best, very professional, friendly, extremely helpful as they adjusted our lock for us. Did an excellent job installing glass panels and cleaned the glass.

  The repair technician, ***********************, came to address an issue with my roller(s). He replaced the rollers, lubed them and the track, lubed the screen door and the repair was speedy. He also arrived early to do the repair. Milgard makes great products and stands behind them with a great warranty! Any future window or door purchases will definitely be Milgard.

  We received excellent service. Our house was built in July **** and we are the first owners. I am so glad that they installed Milgard windows.**** came by and was very knowledgeable and professional. He had all of the materials he needed to repair the windows. He called prior to arriving (30 minutes) and let us know he was on his way.He was dressed professionally, very courteous. I have shared my experience with my friends and recommend them have their windows serviced.
