  I really like the product and over the years we have replaced every window in the house with Milgard windows. The low score is Milgard has not yet been able to deliver the correct size or configuration screen. The windows were installed in late April. The first set of screens did not fit inside the screen mounts. The set set in mid **** were incorrectly configured and the 3rd set did not fit inside the screen mounts. Not sure where the miscommunication is happening as my contractor (SRC) has been the primary interface with Milgard. I expect they are frustrated with the delays in closing out this project too.

  So wonderful, he was kind, informative, friendly and professional. He got the 2 windows changed out quickly and cleaned everything up. He even got rid of the squeak in the arcadia door. 5 Stars!!

  No complaints. We've had Milgard windows and a sliding glass door for over 20 years now. All are under the original lifetime warranty and Milgard has been prompt and responsive to any issues.

  We built our home in *******. We had Milgard windows installed. They have been great for our home and we have appreciated the service Milgard gives. Over these 27 years some of the windows have failed and Milgard was always here to fix the window with a new panel. We just had 4 panels replaced today. We are certainly happy with our Milgard windows.***********************

  Needed warranty work on our sliding glass door with internal blinds, first guy came out and replaced the problem window but it failed to work properly. Second fellow came out and fixed the issue in a couple of minutes. Then he fixed a trim piece on our front door that had been a vexation for a couple of weeks.No charge.Everyone we have talked to has been professional, efficient and enjoyable to work with.

  We had 16 windows that had broken seals and needed to be replaced under warranty. Their communication was so horrible. They would schedule a time without telling me and then show up and call me asking where I was. Then they would have to reschedule and it would be another 3 months out. This happened so many times that it is now a year out and we finally just got the project finished. So many times they would schedule time and we would stay home from work without any word from them. I would call the office and they would tell me they would have someone call me that someone should be on their way but I never heard a word and then hours later outside of their allotted window time they would show up. I'm so glad I was actually home this last time so we could find finally get it finished. They would never apologize at all.

  Milgard's warranty is superb, not only because it includes replacement glass for any failed thermopane seals as long as owned by the original purchaser, but because they dependably honor that warranty! We had earlier had a couple of windows fixed on separate occasions, but this time over a three-year period had accumulated 4 units that failed at ages from 15 to 18 years. We procrastinated claims for them until this year (due to Covid), but once claims were filed (done online) Milgard responded promptly and scheduled a service visit in early July. They communicated via email to ensure they had the correct measurements, and to keep us informed with friendly reminders. Their two representatives / service techs arrived as scheduled, precisely on time; had the correct replacement double pane sizes for all 4 windows; were careful to avoid any damage to our residence when installing them; were personable and inspired confidence that they were expert at their work; and finished everything up in just over an hour. The repaired windows look like new again - overall we couldn't be more pleased.

  The service crew was outstanding. They are friendly and courteous while working efficiently and accurately. When I asked a question, their responses were helpful. Additionally, Milgard's window replacement warranty is excellent.
