      I am so grateful to Milgard for honoring their warranty agreement, for my older windows. The two service representatives were polite, professional and did excellent work. My sliding door glides so smoothly, and my replacement windows look beautiful.Thank you!

      We appreciate Milgard's honoring the warranty on the lock to the door we purchased several years ago. The appointment date, unfortunately, was more than a month from the date of our request. When it finally came, the technician was on time, and he replaced the lock quickly. **********

      Service technician was able to preform the job on my window replacement. I thought it would take him an hour, but was done in 40 mins. Look good as new. Very pleased with the job.

      I'm a little frustrated with Milgard in general since you guys have been out to my house 15 times now to correct window issues this past two years with our newly build home. For this instance, the guy showed up 2 hours early with no phone call before-hand to notify me (this has happened a few times) and my builder was planning to be at my house as well. I had a meeting for work pre-scheduled during this time, so I was a little irritated that the Milgard guy was here early. He said he would wait until my builder could arrived before he would start working. I called my builder and he was able to come over immediately. Your service guy said he couldn't do what we needed done without a 2nd person to help him. Well, he should have showed up with a 2nd service man then! In the end the window was adjusted and the leak finally fixed and thankfully, we tested the other window and it also leaked so he was able to repair that issue as well. In general, I will NEVER EVER recommend Milgard windows, as we've had a horrific two years of experiences with you guys and your service men. Some have been good and some a complete joke and could care less about doing a good job. I've built 4 homes in my lifetime and have never had so many issues with windows as I have with Milgard. One service guy even told me to put scotch tape over my screens to close the gaps in them so bugs can't come through. REALLY?? Deplorable and embarrassing for you as a company.
