  I appreciated the quick response and the tech was able to tell me the issue and told me how to prevent it in the future. I appreciated that very much. Turns out that all that was needed was some silicon spray on the joints and track. When we moved in, the builder told us nothing about how to take care of the windows.

  Love the lifetime warranty! Over 15 years, have had to call them twice to fix a window. No problems either time; courteous professional customer service; repair person very knowledgeable & quick. Window is on 3rd floor so has to be serviced from inside; no problem for these folks. They know exactly what they are doing! So happy I purchased Milgard windows and sliding patio doors.

  The coverage and actual repair were excellent. Our large 20 yr old double casement window had the upper hinge break. I filled out the electronic warranty repair form in mid July. Didn't hear back so I called on Aug 2 and had a service appointment of August 24th. The repair person assigned (a 3rd party contractor) agreed that the hinge was broken but said the part needed to be ordered.. Again no follow up from Milgard. Then on Sept 15 I called again and the earliest repair date was October 14, and I knew we would not be home so I asked for Sept 21 or later, but was told that was not possible.... So the next day I called and asked for a supervisor and got a schedule date of October 21. The service on 10/21 was great. Took about 30 min and the repairmen were very professional and in Red Milgard shirts (not like the previous visit.) I asked about the hinge, and the senior repairman said the hinge needed is usually on the truck!!! So the warranty worked but dealing with scheduling was a nightmare!!!!!

  Exactly what you would hope for in a lifetime warranty. A friendly, polite and neat installation technician arrived right on time with a brand new factory window. In 10 minutes he removed our 16 year-old custom bedroom window which had clouded inside for some reason; moisture? 25 minutes later he was finished installing the replacement. No fuss, no mess. Just the way good companies take care of their customers. 3 cheers for Milgard!!!

  The issue was a 15 year-old sliding patio door that had become very hard to open. My original window installer arranged to have Milgard service come and take a look under the Lifetime Warranty. The earliest they could schedule us was 6 weeks out. A couple of days before the appointment we received a message with a 2 hour window at the end of the day. The service tech called to say he was running late and indeed arrived about an hour after the scheduled window.He replaced the 2 sets of roller wheels and lubricated the frame resulting in a much smoother operation. He also dealt with an issue with the end cap on the door that had fallen off a couple of times.He was very careful to treat our property with care and made sure to completely clean up the leftovers. My only real issue was the wait to get the job done. Clearly they have lots of calls to handle.Otherwise, we're very happy that Milgard stands behind their products.

  I had an appointment for repair that was 6 weeks out. I got a call from the technician that he way in my area today! He was done in less that 10 minutes. Quick, efficient, and friendly.

  The service was excellent! The service tech replaced my windows with care and was efficient and professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. I am so glad I have Milgard windows as Milgard certainly does honor their guarantee. I would definitely recommend Milgard windows!

  All good except that it took a long time to get an appointment for a warranty repair. Technicians showed up on time and completed the work professionally. Milgard has the best warranty in the business, so I would highly recommend, but be patient.

  *************************** is a great service representative. He is courteous, polite and efficient. Unlike the previous technician *********************** who had an attitude and not communicating at all. Better give him an attitude adjustment if you want your customer happy with your company. You do have another excellent technician named ************** two out of three ain't bad. But why settled for two out of three? Help **** to understand the world does not revolve around him. Make him to be just as good as the other two.

  Friendly customer service, honors warranty from ********************** that are 20 years old which is amazing! Tech showed up on time, was very professional, and replaced a window in little time.
