      Superb service! And I really mean that. From start to finish Milgard came through to evaluate my window-replacement situation and scheduled a team to stop by to install the new window, a difficult task given that the window was 20+ feet above floor level. The installers, ***** and *****, were professionals who performed their work with precise attention to detail and safely completed this install. Milgard certainly is a company that lives up to their solid reputation of superb customer service, quality products, and timely support. Thank you, Milgard. Wish all companies were as diligent and reliable as you have proven to be over these past 19 years.

      The men arrived on time and were very courteous. They obviously were very good at their jobs and the work was done in a professional way. And they did a good job of cleaning the window and the work area. Very much impressed with the whole replacement process.

      I had an appointment within a week. I was very satisfied with the person doing the scheduling. I am hearing impaired and it required a lot of patience and communication skills on Milgard's end. The technician arrived promptly, did the work efficiently with explanation so I could understand the issue and repair. Thanks for the warranty and great service.

      Love the lifetime warranty! I've had to use it twice. I will say the service was far superior pre-Covid ... I'm not sure if they're working remotely or just having a difficult time getting good workers (like the rest of the world), but scheduling service this time was a nightmare. Multiple calls to the 800# with hold times of 30+ minutes. Left a callback number a couple of times with no calls back. Scheduled service for a date they said was not on their books (they no-showed), so had to schedule yet again!But once they came out, the window was replaced in record time and the overall work was satisfactory. I'm not sure you could ask for anything more for windows you've had almost 20 years ...

      ****** did a wonderful job replacing one of the windows. Prompt and had a great work ethic. Very nice and explained things as he went along. During his time of the installation he was very cordial, polite.. What an outstanding employee you have.

      Very impressive that Milgard would replace windows that fogged up between the two panes of glass. They took my info, identified how to get the number off the windows that needed to be replaced, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, replaced the windows with experts.
