BECU act as an abettor. This business allow the hoarder money spouses to hide money from their spouses and let hoarder spouses to emptied the joint account and transfer all the funds into individual private account without the knowledge of their spouses or any consent of the spouses. This business is in **************** which is 50/50 spouses state. This business is involved in the violation the state's laws. They should get highly penalized of their mischievous action against the victims spouse. I want to give 0, but there is no 0 star.B E C U

Run! BECU stole money out of my account at the amount of $5,000 and refuses to respond to legal letters, phone calls, or email. If you have an auto loan, they are illicitly changing your amount owed. They have refused to respond to BBB attempts too, if that is important to you. This has escalated into a lawsuit. They are attacking all account holders.B E C U

BECU - you get ZERO stars from us.The worst institution to deal with! ever! And now it's time for police and lawyers. Police report is already filed, attorney meeting on calendar. BECU is a disgrace to the community - claiming themselves as "member owned" and the shittiest organization who doesn't care about their member at all.BECU - You can't stop me till I bring you to justice.We have been with BECU for 23 years as a member and 6 years as a small business. And now they just screwed us over $750.They launched a new website earlier this year that has been nothing but nightmare - full of bugs and issues. We use their ******************* that is so glitchy that their IT team/ vendor should be ashamed of as a product they have as financial institution. Fes months ago, ******************* did not send a payment to a vendor for 3 months when they were supposed to, And today they sent one payment twice - TWICE!!!A $750 payment sent twice to a contractor from our business account.On top of that, their customer support people literally started yelling at me when i asked them to refund us that money, paid out by issue in their ******************* system.Over the full year, their customer service has been s***** Their CEO is always hiding behind a title - never ever accessible - phone, email, social media - nowhere. I have spent HOURS on phone on hold for their customer support for their buggy software. BECU - you are dealing with people's hard-earned money. Do you realize that? I'll see you in court!B E C U

10+ years as a member. Father lived and died a boeing employee. Have never need becu to do anything other than hold my money, issue me debit cards when they expire, and as of the last few years increase my spending limit by 500$ to live a normal life. multiple requests to increase my limit have been denied despite imposing the importance of this needed change upon them. was looking forward to using their first time home buyers program in the next few years. instead I think ill stuff my mattress with cash so I can pay my rent without needing technology or time that I personally do not have. the 'credit union that works for you' certainly is not working for me. if you want a bank or credit union that may actually suit your personal needs, look elsewhere.B E C U

Every few weeks **** Card declined and after a long wait for a representative and then a longer wait (often 20 - 30 minutes ) to verify recent transactions with fraud I am able to use account again. I pay in full monthly, transactions that I verify are not unusual, and there is never a reason given by the fraud unit other than the perimeters set by BECU and they deny this has happened before. BECU said they have no way to explain or control their contractor.B E C U

1 starUnable to contact anyone to help with a situation regarding my mortgage. Have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls and have been basically ran in circles and have no answers. 1 starAfter 30 years and a good customer they are lying on my ********************** report. $ lying about being late by $1.00. Not true I just payed 32$ to pay off a $7.99 credit card payment and they still gave me a bad **** the NEXT day!!!!!! What they want is $75 that they were attempting to collect when I was NOT using the bank. I had to change banks due to no ATM near me. It was overdraft fees. Not mine. 3 starsI have been with BECU for a long time and I was deeply satisfied with their services but of recently I have started seeing irregularities which raises concerns. Not long I paid off the line of Credit and soon after I received an email reading that the payment was past due and they never sent me a statement they received the payment automatically.After I paid off the balance of the **** card as it was reading on the online activities account. Thinking that I paid off the balance I noticed that there was another balance of a different figure showing. I visited the branch and I was told that it will as **** CARD Company tales sometimes to clear it up.Now the amount I had laid off is showing as the last balance and the amount I had noticed that was added which was LEDs is the one showing and it's written next payment is on 8/1/2020. It's surprisingly as I know that I paid off the **** card. How many times will I visit the Branch for this. I wanted to close the Card when I was at the branch as it raised concerns like the line of Credit and I was asked to give it time.
