      It's a great lightsaber, the sounds and the color changing are a bit confusing at first but once you learn what does what it's simple. It's easy to disassemble and reassemble as well. I will say though if you wanna put it on your belt you'll either have to make a different hole to fit the clip or move one of the spikes on it, it gets in the way.

      It is terrific to know you are enjoying your saber and found a solution to get your belt clip to work. If this is a TXQ or LGT saber, it is a prebuilt saber, not a SaberForge original design. Original designs carefully consider this feature to minimize this type of issue.

      The warranty the customer is referring to covers products for 90 days after purchase. This warranty does not cover damage done to electronics caused by customers attempting to disassemble non-removable electronics from their sabers. Our repair technicians received the customer's item and found broken wiring and a damaged speaker. This indicates the user attempted to remove Non-Removable electronics from their saber. This is why their product was not covered under warranty.

      Saber arrived in great working order, but after being turned on and off in the course of my testing it's functionality, it stopped making any sounds at all.I was able to follow guides online which suggested letting it fully run out of battery, and then recharge it. This resolved the problem.It's mildly frustrating that the official guides don't mention this fix, while several unofficial ones do.Now that the saber is working, it's great! I can't seem to get the tip drag effect to work, despite having purchased a package which supports it.I will echo criticism of the singe set s**** design, as I can feel the blade shift around slightly even when securely tightened, and can see small ring shaped cuts on the blade itself where the s**** has dug in.

      We are glad things worked out. It appears our customer service was able to help the customer resolve issues. It appears the "Tip drag effect" guide is missing the final "twist" step. We will be correcting this on our website. In the meantime, the instructions should read:Tip-drag effect for a saber with GH Pixel electronics can be activated by the following: Hold the button for two (2) seconds, next while the saber is pointed down release the button and twist the saber.

      I recieved this email and i dont even have any shipping dates or tracking number for my pommel so 3 stars is the best your going to get the Jan 20th will be 2 weeks hopefully your lead times are what they say on the website even though it says it hasnt been updated since july 8th 2021

      An excellent budget saber. The sound profiles are good, if not a little crackly one on high volume for some. Would recommend for anyone who especially likes theCal Kestis style of lightsaber hilt but can't quite afford a more replica version.

      A bought this as a gift. It arrived earlier than expected. My son absolutely loves it. A couple thoughts. I echo previous reviews about the flimsy single set s**** to hold the blade. That needs to be reengineered for more stability. Also, please include at least a QR code for where to find assembly instructions. Finally, please update every emitter description with the size plug required. We thought we had done sufficient research, but were wrong. Our plug is too short. Otherwise, the saber is awesome!
