      On Sept. 24, 2024 I placed an order for a *** ***** and a handle. The *** ***** shipped on November 13, 2024. As of today, April 15, 2025 the handle has not shipped. This will be soon approaching 6 months for a handle! I am fearful of trying to cancel this order because the odds of me getting my money back sound very slim according to all that Ive read. I have placed a few orders with this company and have emailed compliments about shipping. They have responded but it is a generic response, will ship soon. I have *** ***** ordered on Jan 23 2024 that they said would take 2-3 weeks delivery, according to their business page. Its now pushing 3 months. If I were building these rods for customers, I would be out of business! With this level of mismanagement, misinformation and false advertising, it makes one wonder if this isnt some kind of scheme.

      I am writing to tell you that North Fork Composites, LLC  just emailed me a shipping notification for my order ***** that was placed on September 24, 2024 has shipped.  The timing is very ironic! Thanks for any involvement in this action. Im still waiting on order ***** placed on January 24, 2025.

      On November 6, 2024, I purchased a fishing rod (order # *****) with the price of $178.45. Payment collected when ordered required on any and all orders. When I originally ordered the rod ****** Site specified a 3 to 5 week wait. I called after 8 weeks, and Edge (***** *****) said "In production, now a 12 week wait." As of today, March 11, 2025, the rod was ordered 17 weeks ago? 4 months and a week. I asked for a refund at 4 months. Edge doesn't even respond with *** or refund request. Ironically, ****** most recent sales promotion e-mail now states "THERE WILL BE A WAIT - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WAIT. IT MAY BE THREE WEEKS, OR IT MAY BE 4 MONTHS." Ironically 4 months is still inaccurate. When I bought a new house, an ******* deposit was required. Not a full payment. When the house was built after 5-months l, full payment was required at close. Edge Rods North ****************** is obviously unable to deliver according to advertised timeframes. They could be using full payment deposits as a manufacturing ponzi funding. At the very least, they are making interest on advance deposits. This company has obviously exceeded their capacity to deliver according to promises, likely due to resource issues. This is my 5th and final rod purchase from Edge.

      I ordered a Rod in July of 2024. I received the rod in January of 2025. The rod was built with bad quality, scratches, tears, on the Rod. I returned the rod in February 3rd edge cannot rebuild the rod in a timely matter so I requested a refund March 3rd. I have no communication from the sales and accounting department regarding my refund in the past 8 days.

      On 8/24/2024 I ordered a fishing rod ****** #*****). On 10/25/2024 I requested a cancellation to this order. They replied on 10/7/24 that the order has been cancelled. on 10/25/24 I sent a follow up asking about my refund. ***** ***** at company appologized and said he would send an email to accounting manager. That is the last time they responded to me. Since then I have sent multiple emails and called their office and left voicemails. I've received no response from either contact. The price of the rod was $174. I'll attach the original email chain as well as the receipt. Please help me get this money back.

      I ordered 2 fly rods in December of 2024 and after two months I reached out and was told that it would be another two months. I requested a refund and was told it was processed. Almost a month has gone by and still no refund. I have emailed them several times asking about the refund and received no response. This company is crooked and should be investigated.

      I have ordered two separate rods from this company. The first order was placed on December 20th, 2024. The second rod was ordered January 7th, 2025. Both rods were stated to have a 3-5 week lead time in making them. Both orders have gone well over their date. I originally contacted the company on February 3rd, 2025. I was told I would be in contact with the rod manager about my order. I emailed again on the 5th since I had not been responded to. I emailed once again on the 13th of February and I have recieved no communication as of today's date. [Febraury 17th] i have paid over $400 to this company and they refuse to respond to any email inquiry I have. I want to know why I havent recieved my rods yet. But I would like them to actually communicate with me instead of ignoring my emails.

      I originally ordered two fishing rods and two fishing reels. Edge rods was backed up with inventory and had a long delay of several months to deliver the product. So I partially canceled the order of the two reels since I could get them elsewhere faster . I waited a few months and they delivered the 2 rods which I am happy with. However I was never reimbursed for the two reels which I canceled and was never delivered. I sent several emails, voicemails, and even posted on their social media page and never received a response. I attached several pictures of my emails and how much I paid. I originally paid $701.38 for two rods and two reels . The two rods I received show $321.40. Therefore I believe I am owed $379.98. Thank you!

      On November 25, 2024 I placed an order for an Edge rod via their website, which stated that the delivery time would be 3-5 weeks. On November 26, Composite Ventures (the parent of Edge Rods) charged my credit card in full. on Jan 2, 2025, I emailed Edge to ask when my rod would be delivered. They replied saying that it would be a further 9 weeks until the rod was ready to ship. This delay did not suit my schedule, and so I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, and to get in touch with accounting to request a refund. Despite repeated attempts (4 to date) to get a refund, or to even get a reply from accounting, I have had no response. I have even emailed the CEO, but to no avail.

      7-4-24 Placed order#***** for item#**** & #*****. Item #**** - *** ***** ST ****** x-ray lmx c602 was not as I thought it would be and was returned with a prepaid label provided by the manufacturer - shipped back approximately 9-10-24. Oct 24 2024 & Nov. 11 2024 I e-mailed asking for status of my refund of $150.00 **** times a Warranty Manager @ ************* replied back stating they forwarded my concern to the accounting department. My last inquiry into this matter was 1/15/2025 - again sent to *** ***** - no reply was received. This organization has had approximately 4 + months to contact me / issue a refund and has not done so. I feel my concerns are not being addressed.

      I placed an order for a fly *** ***** on August 11, 2024 but never received my order. A charge of $85 was placed on my credit card shortly after the order was placed and now months later I still haven't received my order and haven't heard from the company about any complications. Within the past month or so I have been reaching out to the company via email and phone but never had any kind of a response. I am no longer hoping to receive my order, I just would like a full refund.
