    To make a long story short, I paid for call of duty Black ops 2. The game didn't work after filing a ticket through steam for support on the game. They told me to talk to the manufacturer after corresponding to call of duty ********** about technical support they were unable to find a resolution to get the game working and told me to file a refund through steam. Since they're troubleshooting steps took so long, I am no longer eligible for a refund through steam. They essentially stole my money by taking a payment without providing the service or product promised.

    I purchased a game called Dragon's Dogma 2 on Mar 21, 2024 for $75.76 I really like playing the game when it works. However, the game doesn't work properly. I experience very serious technical issues when trying to play the game. I requested a refund 10/05/24 but to no avail. Steam's policy is to refund the game if you have less than 2 hours play time. I understand that but I didn't experience the technical issues until I was 4 - 5 hours into the game. I've never requested a refund from Steam and I've bought 20 - 30 games on the Steam Client Application. Unfortunately, It is common in the year 2024 for games to have technical issues. I also didn't mind waiting for updates / fixes from the developer. However, it's been 6 months since the game release and I'm still having these issues. I love the Steam Client and I really like the game but I feel as if they took my $75 and gave me a product that doesn't work 100% as advertised. Even if they provided the $75.76 in credit it would be ************** username on Steam is JayPainGaming. Steam ID: ***************** email address connected with account is *****************

    I purchased this game "Alessia's Dollhouse" for a friend on August 23. He advised me a couple days later that this game was plagiarised and a copy of another game called "***** wants to play". When I got time I requested a refund for the game based on the plagiarisation and through repeated attempts the algorithm declined the refund with no actual review by anyone with an ounce of knowledge. I'll be contacting the publisher of the latter title so they can proceed any recourse they choose on the matter.

    Yes I am asking for account ************ deletion due to not having a cpu for almost a decade and not using their products. But they are being unrealistic by demanding I provide based on cards that I dont have anymore. And got nothing but rude unrealistic unprofessional and lazy customer service asking for banking information I dont use anymore to verify but I have all the right in the world to ask for deletion for something I aint used in 10yrs Please help me get in contact with the right people to get my account deleted as ****************** keeping my info against my will is a security threat to me. Not to mention the history of unreliability to begin.Please get the right understanding ppl I have not used steam in over 10yrs.

    Valve has been very unhelpful with responding to emails for almost a year now. I got a false ban that was part of an issue with their new AI anti-cheat software. Many people have been unbanned since then, but my account hasn't received any replies to my concerns. They locked my inventory, which has hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. I keep asking them to review the replay and have a human decide if i cheated or not but never even got a response. They are basically stealing my inventory at this point.

    Date of ILLEGAL transaction: Sept, 7 2024 Steam allowed my account to be compromised and refuses to return about 70 items sold in the Community Market by a hacker because of THEIR terrible security before *I* blocked the hacker (happened to be online when things started "magically" being sold), changed passwords. Their 2FA (provides ZERO security and only causes problems) was in use for ************* proceeded to insult, lie and victim blame, including lying that my system was compromised for almost a year (yes, the hacker waited nearly a year before selling 70 items in the space of 10 mins, NOT). When confronted with their insults, lies and victim blaming, they didn't apologize EVER, they closed the support ticket.

    Im writing to request a thorough review of my Steam account in light of a recent permanent trade ban that was issued on my account for item trade scams. I have received two responses to my appeals, but they seem to be automated, and I would really appreciate a more detailed and manual review of my case.I want to bring to your attention that I strongly believe there might have been a misunderstanding, or that my account could have been compromised without my knowledge. I am certain that I have not knowingly participated in any fraudulent activity, and I have always strived to follow Steam's rules and guidelines.Since the trade ban is permanent, I want to ensure that my account has not been accessed by any unauthorized party or that any trade scams might have occurred without my consent. I believe that banning my account in this situation would be a mistake as I have not done anything wrong or intentionally participated in any scams.

    Item purchased on Sept 4, 2024. Item purchased played fine for the first couple of day; however, for the past 2+ weeks, the sofware fails to open and crashes every time I open it. I seeked technical support from Valve Corporation, but I was advised that since I played the game for 2+ hours already, a refund isn't warranted. Crux of the matter is this: I paid for a piece of software that does not work. The product is an electronic copy of a game that I have no control over. I've performed all troubleshooting steps, as per Valve Corporation's suggestions, but nothing is taking. Support will not address the issue and rectify, so I'm having to resort to this avenue to get a resolution. Seeing that Valve Corporation has an F rating with the BBB, I'm extremely skeptical going forward, as so many others have the same valid complaints. Please either help fix this or refund me ASAP. I don't think it's fair to pay so much for something that doesn't work and can't be fixed. Thank you.

    I purchased a steamdeck which also bought me into the Linux gaming ecosystem. More and more games I played are having support removed from Linux by adding a non compatible anti cheat method which is slowly but surely taking my ability away to enjoy my device and **********************.

    So i ordered a steamdeck off ************************** and the package was supposedly delivered this wednesday. However, i did not receive package because somebody took it off my porch. By the time i got home the package wasnt there. I reached out to steamdeck support for a refund or replacement and they proceeded to ban my account because they claim im a member of a group of accounts being used to defraud steam to purchase hardware. I never even used steamdeck before and its my first purchase and transaction with them. As of now, i am out of $700 and my item and they claim the ban is permanent and cannot help me further with this issue. I am very frustrated and need your help asap
