    I have an ongoing issue with a employee or employees targeting my Steam client account and throttling my downloads by creating numerous connections to my PC. This has been happening since June 2022 and I had no prior experience with this issue. In June 2022, they opened up connections and allowed someone to do what is known as a drive by attack on my PC. Thankfully, I was able to repair my PC and didn't lose any data. Unfortunately, every time I now use the Steam client platform I have to endure 10 minute plus wait times for simple updates to games. I own these games, I paid for them and it is a ongoing battle just to use the client. I complained to Steam Support and they cherrypicked the information I provied them and gave two answers that never explained why 50 plus connections are being opened to my PC when I sign into the Steam client. This is a simple case of targeted harassment and has nothing to do with the client or my PC. I have included the screen shots showing the numerous connections they are using to slow down my downloads, updates, etc. As I am making this complaint they are using the connections to try to disrupt this complaint to you.

    I bought gaming console steam deck via Valve's official Steam website on 17/10/2022, delivered by FedEx(tracking number ************) and was signed delivered on 24/10/2022 3:29 pm by some guy named JZCN which is not my name. I never recieve my package even now. I asked ***** for assistance, they couldn't locate my package, so they ask me to contact Valve to file a claim for lost package in order to refund or schedule a reshipment. But Valve refuse to do that. It's been almost a month since I started to negotiate with Valve to find a solution, but they have been giving me very negative attitude. I'm hoping can seek any helps from this platform. Thanks

    Hello there, I am a consumer from *********. I purchased a Steam Deck game console from Valves Steam on November 2, 2022. The address I filled in is the transshipment warehouse from ***************** to *********. The package that Valve sent to me showed that it was received by a stranger named JZCN on November 9th, and my transshipment warehouse did not receive my package. My package disappeared and is currently in lost item status. I tried contacting ***** and they said there was nothing they could do, they needed Valve to file a claim with *****. Later I contacted Valve's customer service about this, but they refused to refund and refused to provide me with any service, just because the address I filled in was a transshipment warehouse. I'm filing a complaint here, and I hope Valve will refund me the $399.

    I purchased call of duty from steam last month and so far I have played the game a number of times and for more than a full week now. I crash constantly, several times a night, and now since the newest Warzone update, I cant even get on without crashing at the menu. Steam keeps telling me that I need to verify the integrity of the game files. I have verified them more than a handful of times and it has not worked once. I understand their policy when it comes to refunds and they say they will only offer a refund if youve played the game under a certain amount of time, or for a certain amount of days, however now, I havent been able to play the game in days because of this client error and I have exhausted all other options but to ask for a refund. I sent in a request for one last week and they denied me. Now, I am taking it into my own hands with BBB. I would like my $100 back so I can buy this game on battle-net, which is a trusted call of duty client and has been for many years. It has never given me issues. I regret spending money with steam and it will likely be my last time ever using it. Attached is their email in which they rejected my refund.

    Purchased Modern Warfare 2 from Steam for ***** after tax. on 11/5/2022 I was able to play 4 hours of the game before the excessive crashing caused me to not want to play it anymore. I would have to restart the game every ***** min due to this issue. Most of my play time was in the settings trying to fix the issue.most of the fixes online were to play the game at the lowest graphics settings. That defeats the purpose of playing the game honestly. Not a a compromise I want to deal with. Steam refused to send me a refund because their policy is no refunds over 2 hours of play time(my play time is at 4.3 hours). I think thats not great given I tried to give it a chance and correct it. The game is broken and unplayable

    I have a steam account that access a game rocksmith 2014. My steam account id is: bigdaddyhuge the account as in offline mode for some time. I went to log in to steam to access the game a verification email was going to be sent to my valid email associated to the account and I was to enter a verification code. No emails were never received. I tried to place an online support ticket; the online support ticket required an email verification code that would be sent to my email associated with the account. I never received that as well. I tried to call and there is no way to get support. I have no to resolve the account login issue so I can use what I paid for. No ways to contact support. I have around 20 invoices where I paid for add-ons. I want my access.

    I bought a digital steam wallet code. No one had access to the code but me, and when I went to put it in, very shortly after it said it was already claimed. I've tried to contact Steam about this twice and they just close my ticket on it and say it's not their problem because I didn't buy it from them. The code is still generated by them but they're trying to say it isn't their problem when Gamestop has said it's their problem.

    I purchased the game Red Dead Redemption 2 on October 26. I attempted multiple times to play the game. Each time the game would crash. I contacted Steam (Valve) for support and was redirected to Rockstar Games. A Rockstar Games tech support person instructed me to make software changes to my computer so that the game wouldn't crash. None of those changes worked. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and the game still crashed. I requested a refund with Steam on October 31 and included the information beforementioned. Here was their response: "We are unable to refund this purchase to your MasterCard ending with 15 at this time. Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours (our refund policy maximum)." I had attempted to play the game for a total 7.4 hours. Emphasis on attempted as a lot of the time was spent replaying the same game play since the game didn't save my progress. Steam doesn't have a phone number nor email for their customer service. ********************** doesn't provide customer service for their products which blows my mind. Steam didn't help with the tech issues for the product in which I purchased and deferred to the game maker. I am left with a game that I am unable to play. I request a refund for the purchase price of *****. Thank you.

    The company is selling outdated software without warning of incompatibility with modern systems.Purchased a license for 'Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition' on my account 'psn_epicdude' on October 17 of 2022 Transaction ID: ******************* Payment Method: PayPal Purchased: Oct 27 @ 3:07am Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition - 6,99Subtotal6,99Discount-21,--( -78%)Tax1,31Total6,****** requires installation of unsupported Games For Windows Live software that has been abandoned for several years now.To get the software to run it requires several patches, available outside the platform where the license is sold It leads to potentially dangerous files being downloaded by users in order to 'fix' the program.I do not ask that the company 'fixes' whatever software has become abandoned by the developers but I do ask that they display a clear disclaimer regarding the purchase of unsupported software The time spent trying to understand the problem is insulting.
