    BUYER BEWARE: There are games on the Steam store that have malware, cryptominers, spyware, and other malicious software/files included in the game files that are not being screened before being put up for sale, specifically cheap 99 cent games. You will NOT get a refund for ANY game if you have a total playtime of over 2 hours logged, including load times. Adding funds to your Steam account with a credit card can trigger Steam to lock your funds due to "suspicious" activity and will tell you to call your bank. There are also many scammers and bots on this platform. I've been a loyal customer for ********************** for over 8 years and have built up a large library that I cannot refund or switch to another platform, but if I could I would.

    ********** banned all my call of duty games and I only had them for a few days and Valve (Steam) refuses to refund any of the games. I just bought the games and can't even play them. Steam is just giving me the run around and refuses to do anything. Don't recommend them, stick to console games. At least they will help you if you are unable to play the game due to issues with the game or company.

    I bought 6 of these cards during one purchase two of the cards were bad The retailer wouldn't honor an exchange or a refund the lady held me up because she had to call the manager at home to get the vendor information SMH I call the vendor two weeks ago and never got a return call

    Refund policy is vague and borderline fraudulent, I tried refunding several games that met at least one of their criteria for refunds. Despite them qualifying for a refund they refused under the claim that each refund is handled on a case by case basis. That is basically a blank check for them to refuse refunds for whatever reason they see fit and doesnt actually require them to abide by their own refund qualifications. I am currently owed well over $100 USD, on top of this the effort it took to contact an actual person was absurd. They have no public email, no calling center, and most steam support requests result in automated response with no option of following up with a human representative.

    They owe me $60 and they don't do refunds apparently..... I just tried to buy a game and I got told I can't have the games "because the transaction was declined" and obviously it wasn't. I showed them my bank statement each time I tried to buy the game. All my billing information and my card information was correct. I have all the screenshots if needed. Scammers for sure!

    My account was hijacked by a Russian hacker. Steam Valve was aware of the issue and halted my account. The hacker wound up trading off all of my Counter Strike 2 items that Ive invested in. I took the initiative to file a complaint. I had Steam Guard and somehow the hacker was able to by pass it. Turns out not only was my entire inventory depleted but Steam will do NOTHING to restore my purchases that were traded off by malicious activity. I will NEVER support the Steam marketplace, trading or Counter Strike 2 EVER again. This is beyond theft and Steam Support is one of the worst customer service that I have EVER had to deal with in a company!

    Absolutely a racket. You are REQUIRED to create a steam account to play the ********************** youve paid hundreds of dollars for. You are FORCED to use the software. It glitches and logs you out, password recovery does not work, even following the emailed link to reset. There is ZERO customer support. So here I am AGAIN (because this all happened before) unable to play the games Ive paid for and own, because STEAM is not working properly. Im Thinking a lawsuit at this point.

    I wish I could say better. These guys have been a great service in my past, but I got scamed and now I'm left with a game I can't even bring myself to play. Just make sure you research all packages a game provides before buying. Because even if you don't play 2 hours of that specific content they will still count your game time on the main game against you.

    Normally I would say great things about steam as I have had my account for many years but for the past month this has been the worst experience of my life. I have been talking with the steam valve support for weeks now trying to finish all the procedures that there stupid data base has to both get my steam account back and to get a refund back that should've only taken a day or so. There support team is not helpful at all, neither is it understanding and honestly they are pressuring. I understand that they are trying to finish it up as fast as possible but it is not helpful at all trying to get it done. I had about 3 mental breakdowns dealing with the situation and on multiple occasions they had me on hold for up to 8-10 hours. One of the times they had me on hold for 8 hours they had the gall to tell me it was because they were waiting for me when in reality I had said I was going to call corporate. They have not been helpful at all and I am still waiting for my refund
