    No way to contact support other than there naviation system that leads you no where. There backend support is garbage and is constantly down causing users not to be able to connect to servers. i would give them a 0 but there is no option for this.

    I play warzone 3 through steam, a couple weeks ago I bought the multi-player part of the game. The multi-player won't load into a match but warzone will. Today u tried to get a refund for the multi-player portion and they won't because I have played warzone for so many hours. Do yourself a favor and use battle.net or a different platform.     I recently encountered a deeply troubling situation in a game on Valve, and it has left me utterly frustrated. I want to be clear that this is not just feedback; Valve is already aware of the problem. Instead, I'm reaching out for immediate intervention in my case and similar incidents affecting other players.During a recent match, two of my teammates engaged in deliberate griefing against me. Despite my efforts to play the game strategically, they intentionally walked into the fire I threw at the enemy, aiming to get me kicked out. Moreover, they attacked me with grenades and other disruptive actions, leaving me fuming with anger. Despite fuming with anger, I kept my cool and never attacked any teammate. This behavior is outrageous and severely impacts the gaming experience for many players.My plea is simple: take action against these disruptive players. They deserve a ban for griefing, not a mere cooldown on my account. I find myself powerless when teammates turn out to be unsportsmanlike, and I cannot control their actions. It's unjust that I might face consequences for the actions of these troublemakers when I never intentionally harmed my teammates.I urge Valve to address this issue promptly and reconsider the consequences assigned in such cases. Players should not be penalized for the unsportsmanlike conduct of their teammates. This adjustment would significantly enhance the fairness and enjoyment of the gaming environment.

    This company is a scam i recently purchased a *** for a game and the next day it was on sale by 75% off i told them about it and was told that I couldnt get my refund since my playtime is over 2 hours. I mean before i bought the *** i already played over 20 hrs. Normally if you purchased something and your not hapoy with it you can always get your money back within 7 days but this company is so unfair.

    Very ****** off with Valve ordered a steam deck. They delivered it to my apartment, ?and left it in the hallway ?while I was at work and I live in an apartment building with other tenants never received it and I asked everybody in the building and no one seen it which I dont know if Im being lied to or not I dont live in a very good neighborhood ?so I contacted them and was told there is nothing they can do for me to contact my credit card company and have them reimburse me the money. Its not my credit cards companys fault it is there fault for leaving something like this at my door and it shouldve had been signed for, especially for the money that I have paid for this. ? I will never deal with this company again and everywhere I go I will be telling what they did, and given a bad review ???????

    This company ************************************ owns ********************************************************************************** They allow users to post spam, fake, and ASCII user reviews on store products with no review, of reviews moderation on post. They allow users to mark those dishonest reviews as helpful or even award them with Steam Points. There are also bot accounts that are created that post fake reviews in the 100's at a time for ************ Valve, partners and users operate Steam ********** Chat Rooms that are littered daily with bot url phishing scams that are not moderated in a timely manor. There are several cheap AO products in the Store that have artwork hubs that are littered with *********** that is outside the scope of game content, also SteamArtwork 767. Wallpaper Engine Workshop is a product that is littered with IRL Asian human *********** videos, CGI drawn ***********, copyright and trademark infringements fo the last 5 years. They have in the past allowed ESRB fraud to take place in their store. Many indie developers were mislabeling their un accredited products with ESRB logos that they didn't earn from IARC rating entity.These are all things I can prove. "SUBSTANTIAL TRUTH"These are all reasons why this company will NEVER be BBB accredited. They simply do not care.They honestly deserve below an F and 0 stars The ************************ would simply not allow any other company to operate so deceptively, yet here is ********************************************* the number one distributor of PC games that everyone loves. If you complain to support enough about these issues, they'll close your tickets, they want plausible deniability, and for users to do the reporting with their insufficient automated reporting tools, that leave thousands plus, of reports un resolved.

    I was charged $1,338 fradualently by Steam Games ( i have never even played video games so how they got my information is beyond me ) and i cannot get ahold of anyone to drop these charges. This company is aiding in scaming and money laundering and should be shut down and sued for their criminal activity

    Their equipment *****. It's so prone to breaking down it's discusting. Might be as simple as the wire that hooks it all up or the head set itself. Regardless, unless you're within warranty they don't give a flying f*** Just save yourself the money. Buy one of the other headsets at half the price and when it break's down, pay 1/3rd the price to have it repaired. The Valve Index is not worth the money.

    I forgot my password and I've attempted to reset it using Steam Support multiple times. However, their Captcha is clearly broken. Upwards of 20 correct attempts to get through the verification process have been fruitless. They have no phone or chat customer support options. I spent money on games that are inaccessible to me because they have broken software.
