    I want to share my experience of deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of the game Skyline II . The product I acquired fell far short of my expectations, and it became evident that the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was sorely lacking. The issues I encountered, from the product's poor performance to the lack of proper customer support, left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a consumer. It is essential for companies to uphold their promises and prioritize customer well-being, and my story serves as a stark reminder of the importance of delivering on those commitments.
    My experience was nothing short of disheartening, and I believe it is crucial to highlight these situations to encourage companies to improve their products and services. I hope that by sharing my story, I can contribute to a culture of accountability and transparency in the marketplace and inspire others to voice their dissatisfaction when warranted.

    I bought 2 games that wouldn't down-load on my PC. Tried several times to contact customer support and couldn't get through. Also tried to download a game from their site and nothing happened. Why doesn't someone expose this bogus company and put them out of business???

    Back in September, I requested a refund for a defective game that I reported as defective and put in my review was defective. I made this complaint multiple times within the refund window according to their policy. Furthermore, I live in a district that legally requires them to refund me for a defective product. They simply chose to disobey this law. They knowingly violated the 2023 ******* Statute *******. I made them aware of this violation, so they were well aware they were violating it when they violated it. I also quoted the law, pointing out that the statute made gave the company no ability to opt out of compliance. Furthermore, the developer of the title acknowledged the defects when responding to my review of their product.This company's policy clearly states that they would make exceptions for customers living in jurisdictions where refunds for defective products are required by law. That information is important to customers making a buying decision. Since we depend on it, and it is demonstrably false, they have sold games under false pretenses as well. As they've obtained property, that being funds by presenting false information, they have violated 18 U.S.C. *****. I have quoted this federal law to them as well, which they also knowingly refused to abide.I did not hate review the game, I actually played it. The defects did not appear until late into the game, which the law supports. I stopped playing the game, reported the defects immediately, and requested a refund. Patches for said defects have not come. I'm *********** a refund. Because they have chosen to disobey the law and violate their own policy, I have no choice but to report the illegal activity.

    I mean steam constantly refuses refunds even if they are within the time allowed. This happened to me with Payday 3. I had less than 2 hrs playtime and it has been no where near two weeks but they still refused it. I sent them a message because of the issues with payday and told them if they wouldn't do anything I could Dispute the charge, which is my right since the product was not of the quality we were promised nor what we expect as consumers. They sent a message back threatening to restrict my account if I disputed the charge and sent me a link to the game support page.

    My account was hijacked. I sent them everything I had picture ID, bank, emails everything. They keep saying tell us the last steam wallet reload or something.....I bought everything from debit card. Won't be using them as a service anymore. If I could give zero stars I would.

    If you ever have a problem with this company you should drive to the headquarters. They have no one that does support. Instead they use the forums and online access only. This doesn't help if you can't open an account with this company. Total waste of time. If I could give them a minus one star I would. Now I'm off to the headquarters to cause some problems for these a*******

    Valve has predatory practices with refunds. They allow games that repeatedly crash to be sold on their market and then deny refunds just because you played for over 2 hours trying to get it to work. Avoid this platform at all costs.

    spend money on loot boxes for years. they overwatch ban accounts with no proof and tell you to start over and buy it all again! Support is none existent steam support says its up to game developers both owned by valve and cant get a response that is not a copy paste. legit player for over 20 years !

    Login system is broken. I just wasted so much time trying to f****** reset my password when I forgot it. Kept on failing the stupid captcha, steam purposefully makes theirs difficult. When I finally did it I had to submit a verification code from my email 3 times and my phone once. This is f****** absurd. You deserve the class action lawsuit.

    Push out updates to their apps that break essential functions with no idea how to fix them. Additionally, support, if they respond, which is rare, cannot help you. They also hold refunds hostage for 24 hours after being reviewed and approved.
