We made a purchase with you, in good faith, December 30 at your Prescott Valley store with Matthew *****. We were sent confirmation four days before delivery which was yesterday. When we didn’t hear about a delivery time, with zero contact by Matthew, we called him. He checked with his manager. We were then informed that not only was our set out of stock, it was totally discontinued! Including the floor model. We were never going to receive our purchase! And you apparently were not inclined to even inform us of that fact. We have no couch or loveseat, as we believed yours would be delivered and made room. Had to cancel hosting Super Bowl party. We are left wondering. Who runs a business like this?Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

The actual shopping experience went well. The associate that helped us was very friendly and not too pushy but answered our questions when we had them. We were shopping on a budget and asked if they were any current discounts and she let us know that weekend was 10% off, which put the winner right in our range. My husband and I discussed it for quite a while and decided to purchase it. As soon as we let her know, that is when she chose to let us know there was a $200 delivery fee and picking up ourselves at the ***** location was not an option due to their warehouse being up in Washington and we would have to pick up there along with paying sales tax. I looked at all the signs associated with the couch and it didnt mention shipping anywhere. I wanted to make sure I didnt just miss it. I understand the sales strategy of making sure we fell in love with it first so we look the other way at delivery, which worked this time, but I also dont plan to make any further purchases there in the future. Since picking up at the location is not an option I wouldve appreciated immediate transparency.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Sales process was typical. No surprises. They were booking deliveries as soon as 3 days out, but the salesman suggested we not trust that. We chose 5 days instead. We ordered a bedroom set and were contacted about 3 days prior to delivery with a message that the dresser was currently 6 days late. We had the rest delivered today and will wait for the dresser next week. Overall, it was a good experience and well likely order from Ashley again. Waited three weeks for an ottoman, rescheduled multiple times, and then we got an hours notice on a Tuesday that they needed someone there to deliver. Lost half a days pay coming home early, still missed the delivery. Spent a couple hours on support and they have zero plan for this situation. Couldn't get us a new delivery time, were not willing to put in any effort whatsoever to actually deliver what we paid for. A company that gave a single s*** about their customer would have the driver swing back in a couple hours. A pathetic company would pretend like their dispatcher is a different entity and take zero responsibility for failing to deliver, instead of taking any amount of time to resolve the situation. We cancelled our order and will never purchase anything from this miserable excuse for a company again. Buy local instead of supporting these vultures.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Ordered a dining room set in November. Table came damaged & the wrong chairs. Refused the order. Reordered causing everything to go on back order. Waiting for 3 months I keep hearing January, February now march. I searched online and it wasn’t on back order because they pull from all different warehouses. I was told by the store don’t believe that it’s not true they say that but they are lying and it goes back ordered. Finally spoke to the Ashley customer service. The store completely lied to me. I tried to cancel got the run around from Becca & Ashley for 2 days. They kept saying yes I’m canceling now. Never did It. I would get can my manager reach out to you? No I said CANCEL! Guess what not canceled. Offered free shipping. Again I refused! Called again talked to Ashley! So beyond rude. I called at exactly 10 at opening. Well my manager wants to maybe do something for you. Once again for the 4th time I’m not waiting anymore months! Respone from the woman named Ashley well I’ll get it to later on, your not the only customer. Lol at exactly time of opening. Actually I should be the priority since I was waiting since the day before and Becca who promised to get it done after 2 calls never did and then left for the day. My husband works 5 mins went to the store and It was empty not one customer. Finally got it cancelled. Worst customer service ever all they care about is making money not their customers. This is the ***** ** store, Asked for a manager oh he is off. But yet a manager was there when my husband went there, I never even received an apology!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

They said they will get back.
