I don't recommend it. We bought 2 livingroom sets and a bedroom set with extended warranty. The way the manager wrote up the receipt they are not honoring the warranty on it. Warranty department needs them to redo the receipt and they are not willing to. It has be 2 years now and they still have not figured it out or done anything for us. The original manager is not there anymore so they are all clueless of what to do. It's irritating. Never again.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

I purchased a sectional couch a few weeks ago and was told the couch would come Scotch garded if I purchase the extended warranty and that Ashley furniture would clean the couch if it got stained regardless of reason for the first year. I purchased the extended warranty and waited for the delivery. When the truck driver said he had no idea or proof the couch had been treated he said for me to ask when they call me to confirm delivery. I asked them when they called and they said they had no idea either. Told me to call the store. I called them and the customer service rep told me that they do not Scotchgard furniture and that there was nothing she could do. I told her the sales person told me it would be taken care of and she said she should of never said that but unfortunately it was not true. Told me to pay someone to do it. So, here I am now spending more money to have this sectional treated after spending more then 4,000.00 on a couch. I wish I would of walked away and purchased my sectional elsewhere. I don't like being lied to or treating me like I'm the one that has an issue at this point. I received a 8,000.00 dollar credit and have more furniture to purchase but I guarantee it will not be at Ashley FurnitureAshley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

If you're looking for no transparency, lies about when your furniture will be delivered, and/or horrible customer service, this is the place for you. For the record, I've bought an entire bedroom set and four couches from these people in a matter of a year from the southcenter location, no issue. But the last two I bought from the tacoma branch, I'll never go back because of how me and my wife were treated. Be aware, you can NOT return your furniture if it doesn't match or fit your house. They only hold to the bare minimum standard of (if your furniture is damaged when delivered and you notice in three days or less.) Then they'll consider it. Wont even do store credit apparently. (Also, the delievery drivers leave your house as fast as humanly possible and don't ask you questions or to examine the furniture, they actively avoid talking to you untill you have to sign).But anyways, you go into a furniture store thinking "ok, you must be able to return something if it doesn't match your house, right? F*** no, you get a monotone, emotionless manager who won't even get off their a** when talking to you, saying "sorry, but our policy is on our website, or on these small little peices of paper around the store." He said the papers are at terminals that you pay at. Guess what? The employee we bought the couches from, handed us a tablet to pay, NOT at a terminal, didn't explain anything about returns knowing **** well we weren't sure if they would look good (as we explained). The only thing he brought up was that when the couches were shiped to us, we had 3 days to return it. (NOT saying that's ONLY for scratched or dented items). On top of that, he promised the couches would get to our house well before Christmas. I believe the orginal date was promised on Dec 22nd, We got them on Jan 6th. They want your money, they don't give a s*** about you. Go to the *** store or any other store, they have normal return policies and will atleast do store credit.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

I will never buy this store anymore! They are very good is selling stuff buy very poor on their promise to deliver they deliver. I made it clear that i need the bedroom set delivered on time since i will have guest over. Now i have to book them in a hotel. This is sooo inconvenient. They told me that the delivery date is on Dec. 29, i even received an emai form Ashley the list of items to be delivered, and confirm the date of deliver. However, today , Dec 26, I received a phone call from from Ashley Fmtr Hm that the set will not be delivered until Jan 9. We ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered today and received a text a few days in advance confirming the delivery (to which we replied and confirmed). When we hadn't heard anything today, we called to ask when we might expect the delivery and were told that it is not coming. They said that the item is on back order and wouldn't be delivered for another two weeks. When we tried to call the store directly (as advised by the customer service associate) we were repeatedly re-routed to customer service. Ashley's lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a company of their size. We were given a new date for delivery and, if this happens again, we will be filing a complaint with the BBB.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

One of the worst experiences in the store where all they focus is too sell you stuff and once you make the payment you are ghosted no one cares about you nor your delivery experience since their sales are done and quotas are met. The store manager never has time to interact post your order since he is always in meetings and I called multiple times and headed to the store multiple visits just to confirm my delivery date and some changes we had asked for a custom order. The delivery was also messed up they ended damaging my dining table and i did not accept and sent it back and yet no response from Ashley store or online regarding new delivery date. This is one my worst experience of furniture purchase at lynnwood store during holiday season. I definitely would not recommend this store and resort to online rather get into a mess and unknowns.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

They are refusing to honor the manufacturer’s 10 year warranty on a Sealy mattress I purchased last year. They are literally supposed to handle all manufacturer warranty claims as per the agreement they enter into when Sealy agrees to let them sell their products. They are defrauding both me AND the manufacturer whose products they are profiting off of. Everyone I have talked to within Ashley’s customer service just keeps gaslighting me and vehemently refusing to help me, because they claim the warranty is for only 1 year (which as per Ashley’s website, is ALSO FALSE - their website states that for mattresses, there’s a 1 year warranty for labor, 3 year limited warranty on mattresses, prorated to cover up to 90% of cost within 2 years of use, which I am still well within.) They are denying both the policies stated on their own website and the policies that they have agreed to abide by as per their agreement with the manufacturer. I just had to report them to Sealy since they are clearly refusing to honor the deal they entered into when Sealy trusted them to carry out their retail operations. My mattress is less than 2 years old and is already more uncomfortable than the old one ever was, and I am out $4000 only for everyone at Ashley to refuse to do anything to help me! All their customer service reps are either blatantly lying maliciously in order to avoid being accountable for replacing my mattress, or they are all incompetent and have no idea what policies they need to be upholding in the first place. Either way it’s unconscionable and terribly unprofessional. Do NOT give them your money if you can help it, buy straight from the manufacturer who will actually stand by their product and honor their warranty policies unlike the crooks at Ashley!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Dont buy from this store. I came in to buy two end table and a side chair for my home. In early November, I was told delivery date to the store would be around the 15th. I called the 16th no order arrived, I was then told the 27th for delivery, no delivery arrived then I was told December 1st. Again no order has arrived. In the mean time Ive reached out to customer service and keep getting told to wait 24-48hours for someone to get back to me and again nothing, its been over a week.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern
