      The team was ahead of time and they make to call me before hand. They were very respectfull of my house and they were extremely nice. They asked where and how I wanted the set up and after confirm it was position where I wanted it.

      The whole process from purchase at Ashley store to delivery. Delivery men were very polite, efficient. Very happy with this service. I highly recommend Ashley store for products and service in store staff to delivery men. Thank you Ashley company

      Great service from start to finish. No pressure shopping and all questions answered. Delivery personnel were early, clean and very courteous. They made sure everything was great before they left. Would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone!

      Great service, from purchasing, to delivery. Delivery people were friendly and efficient. Cleaned up everything after the setup. The table we purchased was nice for the price we paid. Have purchased from them in the past and have always been happy.

      . If I could, I would give Ashley a negative star rating. Recently, I purchased a sofa from Ashley in *********. When it arrived, it was too large for my room. Right after the delivery, I was contacted by Ashley **************** Representative. I explained to the customer service representative that the sofa was larger than I expected. The *** stated that I had 78 hours to return the sofa. When I went to the store to resolve the issue, I received a friendly greeting, until I was told the person what I needed. She then became short and cold in her replies to me. I went to the customer service counter and received an emotionless greeting. When I explained what I needed, his replies were cold and unconcerned. I was told that I could not return the sofa and the *** that contacted me by phone misrepresented Ashleys return policy. I left the store feeling disregarded/violated. Now I am stuck with a sofa that does not fit my room. They made their sale, and it appears that they do not care about anything past making money! It is no wonder that they have a 2-star rating. I wish, I would have looked at this site before walking into the Ashley store. NEVER AGAIN!!! And I will tell everyone I know about the treatment that I received. This is the most negative experience that I have had with a furniture store.

      Don't purchase anything here. We purchased an ultra-plush ******* and **************** Brand) mattress here about 2 years ago. Last week we came in to purchase an exact replacement for our mattress. A salesperson named *** helped us and identified a mattress as the exact replacement. We purchased the mattress, and it arrived last Wednesday, only it was not ultra-plush, it was a soft. We went into the store the next day to ask to exchange it for the mattress we asked for. Sealy has a 90-day trial period)We were told they would need to contact their warehouse to perform the exchange. On Friday, *** called us to tell us we got the mattress he ordered. *** admitted to me on the phone that he ordered a soft and not an ultra-plush, and that he would need to contact a different manager for the exchange, and he would be returning my call on Monday. He never returned our call. I called today, Wednesday, to find out they will not be honoring an exchange and that the sale was final.They decided to throw away a repeat customer, someone who has spent over $8k in the last two years and would be spending with them again in the future. Instead, they would not honor the mattress's trial policy and of course lost any future business from us, but I also want to protect you.If you are in the market for mattresses, try them out at a better store. If this store carries the brand you want, try it out there, then purchase online directly through the brand as they will honor their trial periods, where this Ashley store will not.
