I ordered lamps online from the company and need to return them. However, I have received HORRIBLE Customer Service! I've been told that I need to wait 3-5 days to receive authorization to return the lamps because they were purchased through a third party. My issue is they never waited 3-5 days to charge my card. Why am I the party who needs to wait when Ashley took my money, NOT a third-party!U.S. Buyers BEWARE, as the customer service center seems to be located in a foreign land, with the reception being CHOPPY at best! You can barely hear what anyone is saying and the services goes in and out!

I really like working with my local Ashley sales force and the showroom is nice. The deliveries of two separate furniture purchases have been on time, and the delivery people are courteous and efficient and really nice, actually.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a very nice Sofa, all electric with lumbar and head controls. The sofa has held up very well. Today, I sent my Dad to the ******* Store, as we are having a brand new home built right now in *** *** ****** that will be ready in 30 days. When he came home, I was literally disgusted when he told me that they would not take a check from him for his furniture, that he won’t even take possession of for a month, because the Address on his check doesn’t match the address on his License as he had already changed his License to our new address in *** *** and we are waiting on the Bank to send him new checks with the new address on them. He is just moving from ******! Remember, he told the “Manager” that he won’t even be having the furniture delivered for a month, and that was ample time for his check to clear! He is 67 years old, very sharp and is literally a Multi Millionaire having owned his own Real Estate Offices for 37 years! Are people really that stupid? We will NEVER give another penny to Ashley Furniture and I’m going to make sure an go out of my way, to make sure all my friends, family and Social Media contacts, never use Ashley furniture! These generations of brainless people are just worthless and scary to the future! Good luck with that one, as you just lost a TON of money and business!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

The sales manager was very thorough and mindful when he showed us the many mattresses to choose from. After going to other mattress stores, Ashley seemed like the best store for getting a new mattress. After I purchased the bed, the delivery date had to be changed due a schedule conflict. When I called the original store's phone number, I was on hold for almost 45 minutes waiting because automatically went to the customer service department, when I following the directions on the main menu. The customer service representative had to do a transfer so I was able to talk to the associates at the original store I bought it from, to change delivery date. After that, the communication to my landline phone, delivery tracker, and email was great. Two days later, the delivery date changed again; but that was due to the ***** location didn't have the product in stock. I was okay with that. Even though my delivery was in *****, they were calling me from *******, **, not in ***** location, to make sure everything was okay with the delivery and the product. The associates who delivered the bed were very respectful and professional when they set it up. I received my receipt of the delivery within minutes on my email. Everything went great. In-store person was friendly and helpful. The delivery was right on-time. And the delivery team were nice guys who did an excellent job delivering the furniture, unpacking it, and cleaning up.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

The Ashley home furniture workers were very kind and helpful. Their service was top notch. I felt they respected my home and made there was no damage while moving out new bed in.
