      Bought a recliner chair and was delivered on January 26, 2025 and in less than a month the left arm of chair collapsed. Nothing but problems with them taking of problem. Lost faith and trust in store and want them to pickup chair and credit back to my credit card the cost of chair plus delivery charge. Need help! Nothing from store after numerous calls and texts.

      I would not recommend this store, for a several reasons, you get lied to and they do not want to use your warranty you paid to have your furniture fixed, the techs can't fix the issue and lied to the warranty dept and lie to you saying this is the options of what will happen, my tech said two things 1. they will order the part or 2 they will replace sofa and to expect a response in a few days and then you get a email saying Hello, This is Ashley Furniture, after careful review due to the present circumstances your items have been determined to be "up to manufacturing standards". Due to the item(s) not having any defects our policy states they will not be eligible for return, reselection or exchange. If you have any questions, please call Thanks for shopping Ashley Furniture! So, a phone call was made to the Ashley number, and I asked for a supervisor, told the supervisor what has happened, she put it in the notes. she told me the tech said no defects and I said he was lying, the tech actually sat on my sofa both sides and said I did. you slant sitting in my sofa it's not right. I also told this supervisor the last tech before the one on Wednesday didn't put the black cover back on the bottom so it was all exposed, and I was told It would be fixed as well. Another lie. this issue has been going on for like 4 months and I think they just do not want to fix it right or replace it. I was told by another person at Ashley 's the store has a year warranty then I will be using a different company for warranty, I told this lady it seems to me you guys are not going to fix this issue and then once this warranty is up in April ,I actually become this other company's issue because you didn't fix this. I also told this store I will be recording the whole visit coming up in march, because I do not trust the techs this company will not fix my sofa

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mom was moving into independent living and I purchased her a lot of furniture. Her health deteriorated immediately and we had to put her on hospice and move her into assisted living just four days after her furniture was delivered. I went to the store to explain the circumstances-my mom never used any of the wood furniture-she was unable to get off of the couch. Ashley would return any of the furniture and we had to pay to have it moved while moving my mom to another placement. Zero compassion for a horrible situation. Luckily I had cancelled two other items of furniture before they were delivered but the total was not updated with Synchrony. I spent a MINIMUM of four hours trying to get an updated invoice. I was literally crying with frustration after multiple phone calls, just to try to pay a bill for furniture my mom never even got to use. By the way, I got three calls from Ashley asking me to confirm the furniture cancellation. Three calls from three different people. We have been doing business with Ashley for over 30 years in ********, ** with Linda. We have furnished two homes, my business and referred many people to Linda over the years. I will never give Ashley another dime. The combination of extremely poor customer service and no compassion for a tragic and unique situation with my mom has ruined their reputation for me.

      Two stars, because we did love the furniture. Unfortunately, I can't say their customer service is 'bad' because to me, there is NO customer service at all. The paperwork had an error that I tried to get changed to no avail, and It took me 9 days to cancel something, even though I was told four times that it would be cancelled. The day before the scheduled delivery date, I got another email telling me my items would be delivered in the morning. ***? THAT is when I finally (I hope) got a successful cancellation. At least I have a case number now and it's supposed to also be a cancellation code. My credit card is being notified this morning (day 10 after purchase) and maybe they can at least verify the cancellation. I did love the furniture we picked out, a sofa and loveseat, but if I can't get customer service for an easily fixable thing, I dread what would happen had we gone ahead and then had a problem, even though we purchased the 5 year 'everything' insurance. It seems the woman at the front desk of this store is there for something other than doing her job. I actually went into the store to make the cancellation, and she took my paperwork and typed for five minutes at her computer. That SHOULD have cancelled my items, right then and there. She told me to wait up to 72 hours to see the credit on my card account. No such luck. Sincere good luck to anyone who has a problem with their paperwork.

      Ashley has really improved their quality and selection of merchandise. The staff is professional and attentive but not pushy. Alex was tight there helping us find the items we were searching for.

      Its my first purchased (Ashley). I was very happy and had a good experience. Mark at ********* was very helpful. He was very professional and answered all my questions w/confidence. Im so glad I didnt feel pressured or anything. Im excited for my order. Im definitely going back and hopefully work w/him again for my next living room upgrade!

      Ashley's in ******, ** - Salepeople on the floor were fantastic and great to work with. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for and for a great price. However, when it came to picking up our furniture from the warehouse, it was an absolute nightmare - from no one answering, getting conflicting answers from the 'general' helpline, getting responses of getting a call-back even though we never did, furniture not arriving when we we're told it was... I will never buy from Ashley's again after this experience.
