Ashley Homestore Delivery Service was exceptional. Delivered on time. Set everything up plus cleaned up the mess, too. AND the service team was so nice & polite. What a treat!

I have made multiple purchases at Ashley locations in **********, ******* and most recently *****. My most recent experience with Ashley in regard to a side table I purchased less than a year ago that basically cracked on three of 4 sides was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years, I always go out of my way to praise a jobs job well done. I am not a complainer by any means. I understand that certain circumstances are often beyond control. However, this experience was one of the worst that I have ever had. I made multiple phone calls with a lot of promises to get back to me. The promises for follow up fell by the way side. Only once, after multiple requests, did I get to speak to a supervisor. She too failed to follow up as promised. I will not be making any additional purchases from Ashley as a result of this experience which is unfortunate because I love their selection. I will complete furnishing my new home with a different furniture store. On another note, the delivery team is amazing!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Entire experience was first class! From being greeted at the door my first time by Miss Sarah at the **** ****** store in Utah, all the way through to the delivery of my furniture! I'm writing this review from the amazing comfort of my new couch (bought the Gimma sectional!) and I couldn't be happier! Grateful to Ashley Furniture and their entire team! I found what I was (mostly) looking for at Ashley, having first gone to some high-end furniture stores and some lower-end furniture stores. I was very satisfied with the value and the quality. I purchased a sofa and a chair. The delivery men were in and out and were very courteous and professional, as was Sonny, the salesperson, at the west side store.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern
