They were very nice to work with! I am having trouble with my movers, so I had no furniture. Ashleys said they were able to deliver my couch earlier, but not my chair. It came as a very pleasant surprise when my chair arrived with my couch. The movers were quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were also on time and gave me plenty of notice.

Staffs are considerate as we were not in the home when they arrived and it was our fault at the end but they gave us grace period and waited for us for 10 minutes to drop it and they delivered it inside the home rather than dropping it outside the front door.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Walking into the store as a first time buyer l didn't know how to put the bedding furniture together.From frame,base and mattress. Thanks to a very patience and knowledgeable sales lady,name April.She took her time to explain how it works and helping me buy what was within my budget. Bed was delivered and assembled on time.
