I purchased the Tambo Recliner for as a Christmas present. We purchased from the Las Vegas area store and was assured that any issues would be addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. The recliner was delivered on 1/7/2023 and twice that month my aunt re-visited the store to bring to their attention that the recliner was not locking when in the down position; she also made several calls to the store. A third party came to the home to look at the recliner on two occasions in February, with one stating "maybe if you cross your legs and push" and the other stating that "the store recliners are broken in, so that is why yours isn't locking". ???? You should not have to work that hard to return a recliner to the base position. We are still awaiting a positive resolution.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Sectional delivered two weeks ago with missing back cushion. Delivery driver called customer service who advised cushion was being delivered directly to me in 3 days. A week later I received a box of stuffing. I’ve called customer service daily for a week. I average 2 - 2.5 hours on the phone daily trying to either receive the missing cushion or for the sofa to be returned or replaced. I am hung up on multiple times, told different stories regarding the resolution and escalated with promises of call backs that never come. I went to the store in hopes that someone would help me, but that didn’t happen. I was told there was no one in the store that had the ability to resolve the issue. Sales Manager advised that since I accepted proposed resolution by their customer service to ship a replacement cushion instead of refusing the delivery, I willfully accepted the product as-is and all liability was now mine. Buyer beware! Store manager Tanner and sales person Chidi are running a scam to take money from customers. They sell you items they can't actually provide and then force you to get store credit instead of a refund so you have to spend your money with them. They very blatantly tell you they aren't responsible to give a refund but are happy to give you credit to buy at the store. I purchased a sectional and a recliner with a protection plan of five years on 03/23/2021. The recliners remote was ripped off by my kids along with multiple stains on both pieces of furniture. They refused to repair or clean the multiple stains on the sectional and recliner. The customer service was unprofessional, claiming to return a phone call but later would not, going months without a response.
Ashleys protection plan is false advertising and is criminal in the state of Nevada. Under Nevada State Law, specifically NRS 207.171, it is a crime to for an individual or company to spread false or misleading advertising.
The crime of false, deceptive or misleading advertising occurs when a person or organization publishes or distributes, either directly or indirectly, a statement that is or that they know to be false, with the intent and induce or entice a person to take part in a transaction. Everyone told me not to buy here because their customer service is the worst in the world! But, It was the only place I could buy two specific piece I wanted to make my life easier because I was going to have surgery.Well, all my friends were right. I am kicking myself of course. I ordered two pieces that took me about 4 hours of searching on. That was supposed to be in stock and could be delivered before my surgery which would be in 3 wks. My wonderful sales person (*****) worked very hard as we went through the whole store looking for pieces that would work for me and would be delivered on time.I schedule my day off for delivery date. They were good about notifying me about delivery and time. Delivery comes and they only have 1 of my 2 pieces, ask them where the other is... they don't know they are just delivery people. I call Ashley's which in itself is a hassle as you have to go through customer service for all of **********************'s. No one speaks proper English, she was Hispanic with a heavy accent. (sorry if that offends but I could not understand 1 word from the first person I talked too, had to call again to get someone I could understand). You have to answer all kinds of questions about why you want to talk to that Ashley's store. What the hell? Why can not just call the store I want to and talk to someone, without going through 40 questions?Finally talk to ****** who is very nice and tries to help me but says what he found out is my 2nd piece is now delayed a month because they over booked the truck and the only other piece they have in warehouse is scratched. (well glad they didn't send me that one.) But how the heck do you over book a truck? You don't know how much your trucks can carry? And I bought something that you said you had in warehouse and you didn't know that one was scratched before you sold it to me?Why didn't I listen to my friends? OMG....Where Do I start, A Birthday present to me on 11/17/22 . We ordered a Couch with three recliners, they sent us not only the wrong couch (2 Recliners), but now that we got the new couch a month later, they want me to pay on the original couch. Their Financing is ********* When they credited (or tried to) back *************, it was done through *************** another bunch of idiots. Ashley told us to use a Credit Card for the first $500 and finance the rest. Now we have the couch we wanted but the billing is all wrong. This is a headache, I will NEVER buy from any company that uses *************** Now we could be looking at late fees 10 days after they brought us the right couch.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

We bought a bed and two ****** nightstands from this store five years ago. One of the cheaply made k**** on a nightstand broke and cannot be reglued. I called to buy a replacement k*** in October 2023 and was told to wait. I called again in November and told to wait longer. I called to complain on December 23 and all of a sudden was asked the original order before I could even speak to a manager. After 5 years, I have since thrown out the order slip. This store has absolutely no service after the sale, which may explain why they receive an average of only **** stars from 140 customers.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

I bought an $800 chair and within 7 days wanted to exchange it for a $1300 chair. I was told I could as it was within a week of receiving the chair. I went to the store and chose the replacement and was told to call the following day. When I called back I was told there would be no exchange because it wasn't within 72 hours of purchase. They SCAMMED me out of $400+ I bought a desk chair that was suppose to be assembled or mostly assembled, It was not assembled at all and defective! Did not work! I called customer service and they told me I would be able to return it for a refund and they told me to go to the warehouse where I picked it up. I got to the warehouse and they told me I cannot give it to them and I had to give it to the store I purchased at and not where I picked it up from completely opposite from what corporate told me. Then I went to the original location and they told me both the corporate and warehouse location lied to me and that I will not be able to return the produce! This is my original review for your store in ********, **. Apparently it was too long for BBB to post.The level of incompetency across all levels of this company is truly astounding.Ordered a sectional sofa in the store mid-November, which we thought would be plenty of time to have a new sofa before Christmas. The saleslady said the parts were in stock for the configuration we wanted, so we went ahead and ordered it and set a delivery date. Easy peasey. Oh, but wait!The week before the delivery date, we were contacted multiple times to see if we wanted an earlier delivery date since the parts were supposedly in. We couldn't make that work, so we went ahead with the original delivery date. No big deal.On the day of the delivery, the local company shows up with the furniture and I tell them where the best place to park for access to load in (which is a whole other story in and of itself). They get parked, open the truck, and start going over what they're supposed to deliver. Only then did they inform us that it was only a PARTIAL delivery and that we were missing a piece. I immediately called customer service and tried to figure out what was going on. We refused delivery and started what would turn out to be a deep dive of the absolute lack of common sense and communication within this company.After getting transferred a few times (which we expected), we were told that all 3 pieces of the sectional should have been on the local delivery truck, but no one could confirm until the truck arrived back at the warehouse. We were told to call back the next day since the truck should be checked back in by then. So we did, and were told the same exact thing; the truck hasn't been checked in and no one knows where the sofa is.At this point we're a little frustrated and start to call everyone we can. FOR 5 DAYS, we were met with the same answer: "we won't know anything until the truck checks back in, I have an email out to the warehouse. I will personally follow up with you" (which they won't). When we asked why they couldn't just call the warehouse, it turns out absolutely NOBODY (even at the corporate level) has the phone number to this magical *************, we're downright ******. We get on the phone and start calling the numbers again and demanding supervisors. After several hours of hold music, it turns out that the missing piece is out of stock and won't be available for another month, but that they will continue to try to figure out what happened. About an hour later, they magically find the "backordered" piece, but they can't deliver it for another week.Shortly after all this, we go to the store and try to figure out a solution with their alleged "sales manager". This guy was extremely difficult to reason with and barely attempted to come up with a solution; the most he did was spend 5 minutes on the phone and say there's nothing he can do. We demanded a refund and cancelled the sale.Save yourself the time, stress, and false hope. Shop somewhere local that still believes in customer service.
