      Worst furniture set up ever. Ashely furniture in *** **** ** *****. They set up my daughter’s Queen bed with no center bed slat support, and then the delivery guys tried to modify the front and lower slats with bolts. They tried to use double bed size slats for a queen size bed and modified slats with bolts, so this caused the box spring bed support to break in half. The second replacement delivery team didn’t even point this out, when they delivered the second box spring. The box spring was bowing again, we did not figure this out until my husband and I lifted the whole bed up and saw that there was no center slat support and the other two slats were modified to fit a queen size bed, but were cracking. I can’t believe someone would actually set a bed up in such a manor. The delivery team is the Worst!!!! I am upset because I gave them a good review, because at the time we didn’t know how they initially set up the bed.

      Sandra was our sales associate today and we were pleased with her level of knowledge, and her attention to our needs. She was thorough with her explanations of products and she helped us make good decisions with our purchases.       I ordered furniture for my son from your ************* store on 3/27/24 with a delivery date of 4/10/24. The store managers were very helpful with all this scheduling as they knew we ordered this for my son who was relocating from ******* and starting a new job at ************. We would be here for the week with him from ******* to help with the move. I did receive the text and email with time for today delivery, however.......the furniture was NOT delivered today. The truck arrived at the apartment complex, we stopped the truck and asked if they had our delivery and the driver did not speak english and they acted as if they had no furniture on the truck. We then pulled up behind the truck and I approached the truck asking if they had a delivery for ****** from Ashley. He then said he was on the phone with Ashley and that when he confirmed he would return to apartment. I went to him a second time with my app tracking and showed this to him and even questioned his name as it was on the tracking app. He said it was the driver, He again said he would be back to deliver the furniture. I then tracked his truck leaving the apartment and my husband got into his car and tried to chase after them with no luck. I immediately call the store and expressed my situation and no delivered furniture. I also got a call from someone in customer service who reported that the delivery drivers left because no one was present which was a lie. We were there and spoke directly to driver and helper 3 times. The begged the customer service person to contact her supervisor and please have them come back and deliver. She said she had to explain it all and that she would have the supervisor call me back. She NEVER did. Scott at Ashley ********* has been very helpful and concerned. So now my son has NO FURNITURE and we have to leave to return to ******* before it can be delivered which they say will be Saturday. This is completely unprofessional and a HORRIBLE experience.

      FRAUDULENT ************** TECHNIQUES!I purchased a sofa from the Ashley furniture store in February 2023 and paid it off in full in November 2023. At the time of signing the paperwork for the sale, the sales rep informed me that I could add a 5 year protection plan that would cover ANY damages that might occur for $319.99.I accepted the addition to me sale. However, when I contacted the protection plan company about my pillows that needed repair, they informed me that my protection plan didn't cover damage on or near the seams. They did offer the name and number of the repair company they used, so I could PAY OUT OF POCKET to have it repaired ...March 20, 2024: I contacted Ashley Furniture in **********, ** to request cancellation and refund of the worthless protection plan so I could get my pillows repaired with the money I had initially spent for that purpose. Since then I have received numerous run-arounds. As of today, April 2, 2024, I was informed by Ashley furniture that they sent a refund to Progressive Leasing, ( the leasing company used to finance my purchase). I have contacted Progressive and they confirmed receieving $222.79 from Ashley Furniuture (even though I was billed $319.99) WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporations like this need to be stopped from theft like this!

      We had a great experience at the ********* ** Ashley Homestore. We walked in and were greeted by Glenda ******. We explained what specifically we were looking for and she walked us through the store pointing out things that met our need for our son's apartment. We came back the next day with our son but Glenda was unexpectedly unable to be there. She informed her colleague, Alan *******, who was able to step right in where we left off. A fabulous experience all around. Glenda and Alan were wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive sales people that made our experience worth it! So much better that going to the discount houses that carry Ashley furniture as you will get better pricing and better customer service directly from Ashley Homestores!

      They sold us a defective recliner and Sofa, two technicians came separately and each one of the two told us the recliner and sofa are defective and needs to go back to the ware house. After few few weeks of struggling with Ashley's customer service that never answered our phone calls or by emails, my husband had to go to the store and spoke in person with a store manager who promised him to get back to him after he speaks with the sale manager of the company. The reply was we received the items and signed for it and it is not illegible for return. They sent a replacement for the defective recliner and before the delivery guy bring it inside the house he told us it has the same problem which the defective reclining handle ( same issue with what we have at home). The delivery guy called the dispatcher and inform them that the new recliner is defective too and he will take it back with him to the warehouse. That night the dispatch called my husband immediately and told him there is a recall on the living room set we have and it has to be returned to the company. She told us since it is a weekend wait for two business days and someone form customer service will call you of what to do. 3-4 days passed and no body called or emailed us. I emailed them with an update that the replacement recliner they have sent is defective too. Until this minute we are still struggling to find solutions for the problem. They are extermly unprofessional and unethical to deal with. I want their product to be returned immediately.

      I have purchased multiple Ashley Furniture brand items for my home throughout the years and loved the quality and design of the products offered. Recently I made an online purchase and paid for assembly and only selected items were to be assembled and others shipped through a third party. Immediately after receiving my shipment I opened the package and notice my broken parts. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and was informed they replace the broken items.Nearly 30 days after my purchase I contacted the customer service representative from a negative review on the product I received. I asked for an update on the replacement parts because I havent received any notice. The rep offered a discount rate to keep the product as is (which cant be used) or wait for the replacement to arrive within an estimated 3 months. I was also informed that I exceeded the refund window of 72 hours from the purchase and if I wanted the replacement Id have to resubmit the serial number and pictures of the damages items.Last time Id be making an online purchase.
