A coffee table was ordered March 13. The original delivery date was to be May 7, but it was then delayed until May 31. I could have gotten it sooner if ordered from ****** once it was restocked with the item. Ashley apparently preferentially resupplies ****** before it delivers to customers who have ordered and paid for furniture in a store. The store I ordered from was incapable of providing support to me, its customer, in this matter. I shall never shop at an Ashley store again.

I will NEVER buy furniture again from Ashley furniture. They do not want anything to do with you once you make the purchase and leave the store. My furniture arrived defective and it took 5 months to finally get a replacement, after they sent technicians out three different times to try to fix it. The repairs made it worse. Awful communication between the store and the warehouse. The workers at the warehouse are unprofessional and unhelpful. Five months of run around and frustration! Sandra was very nice, patient, and professional. Us three old ladies came in on a Friday afternoon not really knowing what we were looking for, we drug her around the store and changed our minds several times and she just went along with us.
