I placed an order inside the store, gave down payment and approved for their credit or financing. However when i called to cancel the payment and spoke with a rep. They said i would need to call the store for then to issue the refund. Ive continued to get told by the store and the customer service that the other is responsible to issue my refund. I still have not received my refund and now they were able to cancel the delivery. Just not my money. Shady business and the sales rep that helped me. said she would call to confirm/ change the date. She said she was giving me insurance until i saw the receipt its an add on payment that i come out of pocket not that shes giving me.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I was a customer at the ********** ***** Ashley store and purchased a $2453 mattress on 4/14/24. I discovered a defective dent on the sleeping surface of the new mattress within 3 days of delivery, and swiftly attempted to work with the store/ customer service to get a replacement. In my 78 years as a customer, I have never been treated as poorly as I have been in the past few weeks by the ***** Ashley store manager, Mark and sales manager, Bobby. The Sale Order Terms and Conditions, Returns and Cancellations, states "if your item is damaged or defective and we'll work with you to repair, replace or pick-up the item." For 23 days I spent ~ 15-20 hours speaking with this store's staff, managers and customer service to get a replacement - only to get the runaround time after time, with no follow through and no accountability. At one point, we interacted with Bobby, whose attitude was truly one of the most disrespectful I have ever encountered in my long lifetime. Mark, store manager, verbally approved of a replacement, however, weeks later, we and their customer service team were still awaiting the written validation of this approval after three email requests were sent from customer service to the store, and hours of follow up from me. We even got on a three-way call between one of Ashley's customer service escalation supervisors and Mark to explain that the only blocker to resolution was the store's written validation of approval for this one-time courtesy exchange. During the call, Mark insulted the escalation supervisor by cutting her off several times before he hung up on us who were in mid sentence. After all of this wasted time and runaround for what could have been a simple case with a simple resolution, it took us emailing the CEO about this situation to actually get this matter resolved. Although we now have our replacement mattress, I stand by that I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in all of my 78 years until now.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I purchased a dining table from Ashley Furniture. The delivery people damaged it during assembly at my home. My son accepted the delivery and did not notice the delivery people placed a piece of packing tape over the damaged area. That night I realized the tape and the disguised damage. Immediately I called Ashley Customer service. I was told that I had 48hrs to send pictures. I sent pictures Immediately. A week went by and I had not recieved a return email. I called my sales person and she directed me back to customer service. I called CS again to be told that they were still waiting on a response regarding my request for a replacement table. Over a month had gone by and I spoke to Ashley store person and I asked if I could return the table. The man told me all sales are final. I purchased this table 3/1/24 finally after I disputed the charge with synchrony am I finally getting a replacement table 5/3/2024. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Customer service, not the people who answer the phone, from corporate are the worst. Shame on them. I originally thought I would be leaving a good review. Unfortunately, in light of recent events if I could give 1 star I would. Customer service is ATROCIOUS, even by the manager. I purchased a couch and love seat for my parents. One of the main reasons we went with Ashley was due to the delivery date. Yet when my mom called to see if she could get an update on the delivery TIME she was told actually not only would it not be delivered when we were told they would be, but they wont even be to the warehouse until the date that was supposed to be the delivery date. Instead, due to their address it wont be delivered for at least 2 weeks! I understand things happen, where the terrible customer service comes into play is the fact that there was ZERO communication about the delivery change. No phone call, email, nothing. Have shopped at Ashley before and all was GREAT ! This time the shopping experience was great and the sales associate ( Amanda ) was fantastic and the product we picked/purchased was of good quality and price was good...But ! the delivery was not a good experience and We will personally will go into that ******* store and speak with the store manager today. Carlos was our sales associate! Wonderful guy! Great sense of humor! Made our purchase so easy! One thing about Ashley is that they stay in touch with you and deliver when they say they will. Staying in touch was fundamental to us. The delivery folks were great! They were friendly and checked all of the furniture to make sure all was well before they left. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! We bought dinning table and server. It took three appointments. Every appointment was confirmed by text, e-mail and phone calls. Then couple days later we received a call saying they are on back order even though we were told by the manager they have everything in stock. Make the long story short. Third attempt for delivery arrived, and everything was damaged. Look like they put pieces together and not finished. They took everything but seven chairs. After seeing that quality so bad we decided to cancel the whole thing. Guess what? They said you own the chairs, because you accepted the chairs even though driver didn’t want to take them. We have been going back and forth for credit. Every time I went to store the manager said we will call you! So far that was the fifth times they said they call me. I have not received one yet! My advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE . No wonder why they open new stores then shut it down. Customer service sucks! I don’t even want to give a one star.
