      Ashley - their quality has gone down. I bought two sofas from Ashley in white. One came stained. I called the call center and they sent a technician and he scrubbed some liquid which all the more worsened the sofa so I asked for a replacement as its not my stain. After a week they were willing to send a replacement and the replacement also came with stains. Sick of their service.

      A week ago we purchased sectional for our new home . We were so excited to get them. When we pick up all 6 sections we found each one damaged , broken, stained . The sectional was not the same color we seen in the store . Each sectional had wood coming out because they were broken . That same day we went back to replace one they provided us 1 new one to find out it was broken as well . When we finish unwrapping all of them it was so disappointing at what we were looking at . We are going to be making payment to a sectional that cost us about $4,000 . We filed a claim with customer service the next day .they asked for picture we provided them they said they were going to send a technician not understanding why pictures were provided . Now I have 6 damaged , stained , broken pieces in my living room that cant be replace because they only approved of one of the broken parts . We went to the ashley store and they told us they couldnt help us . They came out your warehouse why cant they check product before providing them to customers. She said to deal with customer service. This is so disappoint we have not sat in our living room because we are afraid they would say they cant take them back . We dont want this couches anymore at this point and there is nothing we can do because ashley furniture chooses not help out after they sell there product .

      This store is the worst, I've been trying to do a exchange for my mother on a mattress that she purchased from this store and they will not do anything about it until the 30 days are up I've call customer service and they sent me back to the store. Now the store will not answer me back. All I want to do is get a new mattress that will not cause my mother pain.

      I purchased a sofa and recliner chair from salesperson Joe **. It was delivered on May 22, 2024. I told Joe that I should buy a smaller accent chair due to the size of my apartment and fear it may be too large. He said the recliner should fit fine and steered me away from getting the chair. The delivery was made, and the delivery person stated that he only had 15 minutes to make a delivery, then just left the items and did not help me put them where I wanted. I moved the furniture alone, and the recliner did not fit. I can't recline without hitting the coffee table. I returned the next day to return it, to learn of the "no return" policy. If Joe had made me aware of this policy, I would not have bought it. I would have gotten an accent chair. I was pushed by Joe to buy something without being fully informed. Ashley Furniture says it will accept it if it has a defect. The chair has small tears, a defect. The company says I should have refused delivery. I did not refuse delivery because the delivery people did not even place the furniture. I told Ashley Furniture that they did not do a proper setup in my customer survey. I did not know it was too large until I set the room up by myself. I made it clear to Joe ** that I had reservations about the chair's size, but he insisted it was fine. At no point did he mention the 'no return' policy, a crucial piece of information that would have influenced my decision. I would never have taken the risk without full disclosure. I also ordered two items online. The next day (literally hours after making the online order), after hearing of the "no-return" policy, I asked to cancel and heard it takes 3-5 business days to cancel, "and by then, they would be delivered to me, and it would be too late to cancel the order." I feel this company has enlisted several ways to take advantage of the consumer, which I think are essentially fraudulent business practices.

      I placed an order inside the store, gave down payment and approved for their credit or financing. However when i called to cancel the payment and spoke with a rep. They said i would need to call the store for then to issue the refund. Ive continued to get told by the store and the customer service that the other is responsible to issue my refund. I still have not received my refund and now they were able to cancel the delivery. Just not my money. Shady business and the sales rep that helped me. said she would call to confirm/ change the date. She said she was giving me insurance until i saw the receipt its an add on payment that i come out of pocket not that shes giving me.

      I was a customer at the ********** ***** Ashley store and purchased a $2453 mattress on 4/14/24. I discovered a defective dent on the sleeping surface of the new mattress within 3 days of delivery, and swiftly attempted to work with the store/ customer service to get a replacement. In my 78 years as a customer, I have never been treated as poorly as I have been in the past few weeks by the ***** Ashley store manager, Mark and sales manager, Bobby. The Sale Order Terms and Conditions, Returns and Cancellations, states "if your item is damaged or defective and we'll work with you to repair, replace or pick-up the item." For 23 days I spent ~ 15-20 hours speaking with this store's staff, managers and customer service to get a replacement - only to get the runaround time after time, with no follow through and no accountability. At one point, we interacted with Bobby, whose attitude was truly one of the most disrespectful I have ever encountered in my long lifetime. Mark, store manager, verbally approved of a replacement, however, weeks later, we and their customer service team were still awaiting the written validation of this approval after three email requests were sent from customer service to the store, and hours of follow up from me. We even got on a three-way call between one of Ashley's customer service escalation supervisors and Mark to explain that the only blocker to resolution was the store's written validation of approval for this one-time courtesy exchange. During the call, Mark insulted the escalation supervisor by cutting her off several times before he hung up on us who were in mid sentence. After all of this wasted time and runaround for what could have been a simple case with a simple resolution, it took us emailing the CEO about this situation to actually get this matter resolved. Although we now have our replacement mattress, I stand by that I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in all of my 78 years until now.
