      Very disappointed with the experience from Ashley and the store (********, **).I purchased a dress worth $200.00. The item arrived but it was defective. Went back to the store and showed them the issue and they said, they would need to file a case to issue a credit so it can go towards to the new dresser. OK. Great! But they weren't able to do the exchange when i arrived because the Finance rep was not available. Ok, went back to the store the next day. And they said they needed to file case this time because the case i open (over the phone) was closed. Went back home and waited for 2 more days for the credit to appear. Finally... the home stretch. My wife and i arrived to do the exchange. Upgraded to a chest (B743-45) worth $749.99. And they took our payment for $532.00. The payment reflected on my bank account and it was suppose to have arrived April 11 2025. Happy this was all resolved. Today comes and called the store to see what happened. Nobody answered. so i called customer care instead. and they told me the item was placed on financial hold! WHAT!!! i paid for the item with a debt card and they placed it on hold. I try calling the store manager (Jay) or the finance rep (Cindy) and nobody answered. The only person that answer me was a lady name Yessica (original rep) who help me with the first order. and told me the store manager emailed me. I got nothing about my order. Typically situations like this you want to set expectations. I've worked in customer care for over 20 years and still do. No communication from them. I had to find out by calling the customer care number that it wasn't going to get delivered. Ashley policy on furniture items are non refundable. At this point, i'd like to get my money back. Its frustrating and i don't want to deal with Ashely. This is my worst experience i've ever received. The Lathrop location is another location that have employees that pick and choice who they want to work. By far the worst experience

      I purchases a TEMP ERGO SMT 3.0 ADJBS QN, TEMP PRO ADT 2.0 MED QT MATT, SET UP DELIVERY AND STANDARD ADJUSTABLE BASE. Total $5,098.38 Delivered on March 7th 2025. First night, I slept on this mattress was fine. 2nd night which was March 9 th. I pulled my sheets back, I raise my right to God, there was a large round wet circle. I immediately called Asley Store, which was closing time. They took my info, I called them back the very next morning. (Side note) * *** * ****** ** *** ******** ****. Sleeping on friends air mattress and hotels. Not complaining, because I am truly blessed to move to *********, majority of my wonderful neighbors and friends are struggling with hotels and insurance companies. Now, back to my nitemare with Ashley. The rep called and stated no REFUND. I am in shock! Guess what, God is so good??. In me reading their contract, it stated refund apply to defected merchandise! I called and told them to read their contract paragraph 4. A nice rep came out saw the by then a DRY ROUND CIRCLE and reported to Ashley that it was Defected. Rep said maybe was left out and got wet, at this point, I don’t give a blank. Remember, I am sleeping in my closet, on the floor,only place with carpet.carpet. Going to Ashley store, trying get this resolved. Calling rep on the phone. Everybody saying we are sorry. I want sorry to come get this bed out my house. Oh yes, hadn’t pick it up yet. Still no refund. On March 23th 2025, Ashley picked the mattress and base up. **8:00pm, the delivery guy brought the base back, stating it was not approved. As of April 11th, I kid you not. The have not picked the base up yet. I couldn’t take the floor any longer. I bought a mattress and YES I AM off the floor, AFTER, I CONTACTED MY BANK ANK AND FILED A CLAIM, lo and behold Ashley Store is calling me. They finally gave me a credit on the mattress, I want complete refund on top ergo, set up delivery and their base. Thank you. Boots on the Ground

      The customer service was great, no complaints, the service we received from them was more than I expected. No hassle whatsoever, went looking for a recliner and bought the whole set. The recliner, love seat and sofa. Im very satisfied with Ashley Furniture Store in ***********.

      Had a really easy time finding something and was helped along the process to find my couch. I would recommend Ashley for someone in the budget range I had for looking for furniture!

      Buyer Beware: Worthless Warranty, Poor-Quality Sofas, and Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased two modular sofas (LAF Sofa SKU: 5230466 and RAF Sofa SKU: 5230467) and an oversized accent ottoman (SKU: 5230408) worth over $3000 from my local Ashley Furniture store on February 20, 2024. Within a few months, the cushions began to sag so severely that sitting on the sofa for more than 30 minutes would leave me with back pain for days. Despite our attempts to tolerate it, the discomfort became unbearable, prompting me to contact Ashley Furniture for cushion replacements. After some back and forth, they agreed—only to send me throw pillows instead of the proper seat cushions that I had asked for. Frustrated, I called the store where I made the purchase. An employee assured me their manager would get in touch. Unsurprisingly, that never happened. Instead, I was advised to file a claim with ReGuard, the company handling Ashley's extended warranty, since I had purchased their $350 five-year protection plan. That, too, proved to be a complete waste of money—ReGuard never responded to my claim. It was only later that I discovered Ashley Furniture owns ReGuard, a fact that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I still want my cushions for my overpriced low quality sofa! Trust the negative reviews. Ashley Furniture is a dishonest company selling subpar products with an utterly useless warranty. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

      Ashley Furniture A Frustrating, Avoidable Mess Location: **************** | Date of Experience: March 2025 My experience with Ashley Furniture was one of the worst customer service nightmares Ive dealt with in years. I purchased a $1,000 dining table and chairs (SKU: ***************** x4) from their ******************** location in March. The in-store process was smooth and delivery appeared fine until the team unpacked the table and revealed a dime-sized ***** in the surface. Worse, it had clearly been patched over with filler or paint, meaning someone at the warehouse saw the damage and sent it anyway.I asked for a replacement not a repair. The delivery team said I had to accept it first and wait for a technician to assess it later. About 30 minutes after they left, I received a call from what was clearly an overseas call center poor connection, broken grammar, and a noisy background. The technician was scheduled for a week out.When he arrived, he told me he was required to perform the repair if he stepped inside no evaluation, no discussion. I refused, and was told by customer support I was now ineligible for further assistance since I declined the service.Frustrated, I went to the store that evening. The store was empty, and the manager on site made me wait 20 minutes before saying he couldnt help me. Another associate overheard, stepped in, and helped me get a replacement approved.Unfortunately, the business card I received had no name and both phone numbers just rerouted me back to the overseas call center no way to follow up locally. The phone system itself was a nightmare of repeated prompts and voice recognition that barely worked, only to be asked for the same info again by the agent.Ashleys entire model feels built to exhaust you into giving up.I will never shop here again.Stick to retailers like Bobs Discount Furniture or Living Spaces they understand what customer service actually means.

      Im so disappointed by Ashley Furniture store in ***********I purchased a sofa sleeper that was not able to go in the room that we wanted. Was too high.All the store representatives including the sales person ******** ****** who was dishonest with providing information about their return policies (that is illegal in **********, checked with a lawyer) and store terms & conditions.Through the delivery guys that pressured me to sign without sawing me what Im signing for.The store customer service representative ***** that was very not helpful and not understanding to the situation that they left the sofa in the middle of my house (still in its manufactures packaging) and on my second call hang up the phone to me.All I wanted is to return this sofa and take a smaller one that can fit in my hallway to enter the room.But now they refuse my legal right to return this item and get my money back for it!Im so frustrated and disappointed by their behavior all along, they completely lost me as a customer and lost everyone I know! ??
