The store manager is terrible Her customer service needs improving I purchased $6000 in merchandise she wouldn't allow me to exchange one of the items I purchased and only had the item for 4 days I previously shopped at the ******* location and all went great. I purchased a reclining sofa on sale. Spoke with Raul via my phone. He provided the information needed to be able to buy the chair. Raul was the epitome of an excellent salesperson.
