Quality of furniture is great, looks beautiful in my home and the drliverteam was awesome. They took great care bringing the furniture in, assembled and setup, would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture!

Ashley's provided my husband and I with excellent service due to their diligent care and great communication. The floor salesmen were able to price match their online offers, which saved us over $200 during their Labor Day sales. Not to mention, the delivery drivers were very professional, fast, and assembled our couches for us with no extra charge. We can now enjoy our living room area with the best comfort. Purchasing the furniture went very smooth, the sales staff listened to our needs and directed us to items we may want. We bought a full living room and dining room of furniture. The entire process was smooth. Since Ashley is the Mfg. our order was delivered in a mater of a few days. The del. crew was profesional, fast and cleaned up after they were done. We purchased a living room set from the Ashley Store in ******. Jennifer*****************, (yes, that is her name!) was our sales rep and she was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure! She explained the warranty in detail to make sure we understood and I highly appreciated it. There will be no surprises here!The delivery process went smoothly from the email messages regarding the date, time range, and tracking. Even the delivery reps were friendly, fast, and efficient! I bought couches two months ago, and I had to bring them back, but they were still charging me for it. An employee reached out to me and told me that the sofas were available for purchase again so I went over there to see if they can cancel my order so I can re-purchase them. Gretchen and Daisy had no solutions for me I had to Google myself other ways to buy these couches in payments And I tried to buy them through progressive and they helped me fill out the application and once I fill out the application, Gretchen said to me sorry they’re actually close. You have to come back tomorrow. I live five or three cities away from this location and I have to pay bridge toll so they made me come back today this morning just for them to have me fill out the application again and in the very end say and put me on the phone with the regional manager Chris and tell me that I was making them uncomfortable and I was no longer a customer in that store and I had to leave before they called somebody to make me leave. The employees Holly stood around me and made me feel unsafe. I asked her if she could give me space and then she laughed and said I want to speak to you after you’re done talking to them which made me feel very uneasy because she was very upset and I don’t know this woman I’ve never seen her in my life . All of this could have been solved extremely easy, but they made it very hard for me to drive back and come back again just so they could tell me no. they still haven’t refunded me from my cancellation and I’ve been approved through three different financing options through them and they still wouldn’t let me buy the stuff. I am just a single mother, wanting to get some comfortable couches from my home. They made me feel unimportant, and they pretty much kicked me out of the store and walked away into the back where I couldn’t see them. They took my information down which makes me feel unsafe because they know where I live.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I went in looking for a sleeper sofa. The salesman showed me what was available. The sofa I had seen online was in stock and on the floor. He let me have time to spend looking at each sofa bed by myself and when he returned answered all my questions quite satisfactorily.
