I bought Sofa Chaise from Ashley furniture located at ************************************************ *****. With the sofa they sold me 5 YR FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN which is of no use, and I asked them to cancel. Sales order: They referred me to the entity that takes care of the insurance.Now from past 3 months their insuring entity will pass me to Ashley furniture and Ashley will ask me to contact the insuring entity. Couple of times the case has been escalated, asked me to wait for days and then case is closed without contact.Still waiting to hear back from them.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge
