    Our couch finally arrived and it is all that we hoped for - maybe better. It is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted .... well worth the wait!It arrived safely with no issues and was easy to get out of the box and "sitting pretty" in no time. We only wish that Rising Tide made other furniture. Their quality craftsmanship and prices can't be beat! 5 stars for sure.

    The furniture is better than I expected. Seriously beautiful. Worth the wait! The team at rising tide kept me informed from the time of pitch until after the delivery. They even provided me a refund of some the shipping costs because it was longer than the estimated date. I didnt even have to ask! Strongly recommend!

    Buying from an online store was scary, but Rising Tide came through. We first ordered a love seat to verify the quality. When it arrived, we were thrilled with the quality of the furniture. Cole kept us informed along the way. We liked it so much, we ordered a matching chair which also arrived a perfect match in color and quality. I wish I had ordered both at the same time to avoid the extra shipping charge, but it was definitely worth it. I would recommend Rising Tide for their furniture, customer service, and follow through. They are a class act.*******************************

    Fantastic experience working with this company! So detailed oriented and professional in every way! Now about the furnitureit is gorgeous and wonderfully made. Every attention to detail was met. We are extremely impressed with our pieces and would highly recommend buying from Rising Tide. Also Cole is pretty great to work with!

    We received our gorgeous Chesterfield couch and we love it! Rising Tide was so good to work with. From the start of the order to the delivery date, I received good communication and was very pleased. Cole, in particular, was amazing.I ordered the green. So happy!

    My beautiful Winchester Chesterfield couch arrived and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely worth the wait. Although it took several months to make and ship like I was advised, when they let me know it had shipped, I could track the shipping container as it crossed the ocean, which was fun. The men who brought it to my house were professional and very helpful and it looks amazing in the aesthetic of our living room. I’m so so happy with my purchase!

    A quality product and good commmunication during the process. We ordered in Sep and received our arm chairs and sofa four months later, as stated on the website. They look fantastic in our new home and we found no defects or issues when they arrived. The delivery went seemlessly and we take heart in the fact we're supporting a good cause through our purchase.
