    The furniture is well worth the wait. High quality and perfectly designed. Stylish and looks alot more EXPENSIVE that what we actually paid. Very impressed and satisfied. The customer service was AWESOME!

    It's always scary buying furniture sight unseen, but these are great quality products. They look how they should, and there is no assembly required. If you have time to wait for them, they are an excellent choice.

    Rising Tide is a gem in a sea of discount furniture. This small specialty business packs a mighty punch in terms of delivering exceptional customer service! We had an issue with our initial order which was out of the control of the business, however, Cole ****** has an amazing care team surrounding the customer at every step. If there is a problem they listen to your concerns, identify any issues quickly, and work diligently to correct any mishaps. When we got our issues resolved, and received our Chesterfield couch, we were left breathless at the finished product. It is a stunning piece of furniture which we expect we will be enjoying for years to come.

    The Chesterfield loveseat is absolutely beautiful. Very high end. It will take quite a bit to arrive as it is hand-crafted so prepare for that, but it is worth the wait. Communication was great on where the furniture was at in the build process.

    Stunning quality! Even more beautiful than expected, and arrived in the same time frame as ordering from almost any other corporate furniture company at an amazing price! Cole was great about keeping updated. I definitely see ordering from Rising Tide again very soon!

    I have the same experience as Review from ********************: ************* claims to be a small ** business, but is misleading people at best. Their products are shipped from *****. I ordered a couch and *******/9/23 and did not receive it until 12/29/23- far past the 11 weeks they claimed it would take. There is no way to speak to anyone during the ordering process or after that. Now that its arrived, Im not even sure if its actually leather. Its been a nightmare". We ordered couch and armchairs on 9/16/23 and received on 2/15/24. There is no way call and speak to company representative or owner, only emails. Shipment came from *****. At the time of ordering their website had no information that they manufacture in *****. Coach and armchairs were painted so poorly and it's sticky. They have no way to have **** rating on BBB or anywhere else.

    We ordered a high quality Chersterfield couch from Rising Tide. The leather and color are just beautiful. The people that work within the company are easy to get a hold of when we had questions about the order. We plan to order from them again one day and definitely recommend their products.

    Rising tide furniture company is a wonderful company to do business with. It takes a while to receive your order, but the quality is outstanding, the staff is magnificent, and the beauty of the finished piece is second to none. My wife and i will be ordering from them again in the future.
