      I purchased a 2013 ****** from this business, they said this car was in tip top shape. After signing the loan papers we couldn't take the vehicle that evening because we didn't have insurance so we were able to pick up the next day. After that they said they had to do a 51 point inspection on it and they found the brakes were bad that only took two weeks.Then they delivered my vehicle to my home in *********. I drove it for 2 days and the transmission started slipping so I returned the vehicle to them. Upon returning my vehicle they gave us a loaner car which got stolen from my driveway, and they wanted $2,500 for a deductible which I refuse to pay. I shouldn't have to pay for a vehicle when I should have had my own vehicle. They had it for seven and a half months, went through three transmissions and I never received my vehicle because by then it was repoed, I wasn't going to pay for a vehicle I wasn't able to drive.Also, when they said my vehicle was ready for pickup they were going to put the $2,500 deductible charge for a transmission that I never signed paperwork for them to put a transmission in.So now I sit with no vehicle for the last 8 months.

      Horrible to deal with especially *********************************. Highly do not recommend ever stepping foot in any Kunes dealership. They lie they called me up and asked me if they could forge my signature on some missed documents. They claimed I owed them ******* months after the deal was completed.

      I bought my vehicle back in May I had to take it back in June due to my brakes going out in St Louis in traffic with car load of kids. My transmission was having problems you would be going down the road and it would almost come to a complete stop. I dropped it off to Hyundai side I hadn't heard from them so I could was put on hold very several minutes spoke to several people with no one knowing what was going on with my vehicle let alone they couldn't find it. They finally found it was told to come pick it up I went there they couldn't find the keys told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission but they changed the transmission fluid. Remind you they had it for 3 weeks so I was left without a vehicle wouldn't give you a loaner. I was told the warranty I got on this vehicle would cover anything wrong with it I would have to pay the deductible of 100.00. Well on my way to Branson after I just picked it up my engine light came back on my transmission was still doing the same exact thing. So I called dropped it off in October ******* called said that it was ready there was nothing wrong with the transmission that he needed to be reprogram to the way I drove it because they vehicle was use to the previous owner I would have to pay for it myself. After this gentleman was very hateful was very smart and I asked him why my transmission fluid was black he said it wasn't and it had20,000 miles on it need to probable be changed again. I called the manger told him my concerns he drove it felt it shift hard from 1st and 2nd so they took it to ****** told me it needed to be a new transmission filed for Chevy it would cost 700.00 I would have to pay for it then they called back said they would eat it they get it done I could pick my vehicle that afternoon he was driving on lunch I get a call saying that didn't fix it they had to get with the tech get a call yesterday I would have to pay over 5000.00because the warranty only covers1900.00but told myhusbanditwouldbeCov

      I completely deceived by the salesman ***************** I drove from Crystal **** to Sycamore an hour long drive in the rain only to see a car that wasnt even for sale it was being sent to auction. ****** on Friday sent me pictures he personally took, we set up an appointment for Tuesday @ 6:00 in the evening received 4 text needing a reply making sure I was going to be there. When we got there we were met by ************************* who said he would help us ****** came around the corner and said he would only be a minute [he was with another customer] so **** went and brought the car into the service area and not looking to happy then informed us [very apologetic because he was now stuck in the middle] that we didnt want this car. **** went on to explain that theres problems with the car we went to look it over and right there I realized that the pictures were taken in such a way you wouldnt see the problems. But as we were storming out extremely angry now I told **** everything we went through before we got there and ****** knew how far we were driving, **** being the upstanding man he is asked if they could at least refill our gas tank just for what we went through. We were looking forward to buying from Kunes because we had bought from them in the past at their Antioch dealer and had a great experience. Oh yeah that minute that ****** was going to be with us 30 minutes later he was still with the same customer and doing everything he could to avoid us. Other than ************************* theres nothing good about Sycamore ************** is the only reason for 1 star.

      Awful, services. Car has been in repair for almost a year and I get a different answer every time I call. They are never calling with updates.. I highly regret buying a vehicle from This dealership. Dont make the same mistake as I did. I will probably not even own a **** again after this let alone buy anything from This dealer again. Never have I heard someone waiting a whole year just for a high beam headlight harness and when I say Im taking my vehicle back they say if anyone works on it but kunes..it will void my lifetime power train warranty..they get you stuck and they dont do anything to fix it

      Even after several complaints they have yet to feel the need to update me or give me any info about whats being done to the vehicle. I highly suggest you going else where to buy your vehicles as I have learned they hard way that they dont make up for their mistakes and dont care to offer some insight on whats happening. This is by far the most ridiculous process I had with getting a vehicle fixed.

      kunes of belvidere is a joke they lie and cheat you and don't stand for their vehicles they sell you vehicles that are missing parts and pieces bad buisness

      I felt like a number to get through instead of a person at first, but when my husband came in to give me the second set of keys, the sales guy treated me worse than before. My husband is black. There are people that have perfect credit that get a car and they end up getting repossessed car. Never judge a book by its cover!
