On November 11, 2022, I received notice that a fraudulent charge from CREDIT MANAGEMENT CONTROL was placed on my credit report. The amount was for $189. I do not have any additional information to provide. I have not spoken to CREDIT MANAGEMENT CONTROL and no correspondence was provided prior to placing the fraudulent charge on my credit report. This event is causing me stress and hardship on my family and marriage. I would like these charges to be removed immediately.Business Response

The account is on a six-month assignment which ends 11/30/22. The account was submitted for credit report removal today, 11/23/22 and will close 11/30/22 back to the creditor. this agency is in violation of my rights as a consumer. i hereby allege that this agency has falsely obtained my social security card without my prior consent as a matter of unauthorized use of my credit card (SOCIAL SECURITY CARD) where i receive no benefit violation under 15 USC ****p. along with other false and fictious documents they have turned in to consumer reporting agencies to make it look like i owe them a debt when in fact i do not which is punishable under 15 USC **** by knowingly submitting falsified documents on my behalf. i also know for a fact i never gave your agency prior consent directly to communicate with me at all regarding this debt which includes the reporting of this tradeline, making them in violation of law under 15 USC ****c as unless you can provide me a contract signed by both parties me and your company with mutual assent or the express permission of a court which allows you to communicate with me in connection with this debt then you must delete this tradeline from my credit report immediately. as you have used unfair and deceptive methods to collect a debt which you have created by making an extortionate extension of credit under my name with my personal identification information which shall be punishable under 18 USC 892. i demand you delete this tradeline across all consumer reporting agencies and no further action shall be taken on my end. failure to comply i will take necessary steps in order to obtain justice due to the inequity you have done upon me by Dis considering my rights as a consumerBusiness Response

You have completely ignored my complaint as i did not request to see if any balance was being reported correctly. I alleged multiple violations of my rights which you have committed. you state that this debt has been verified than please submit to me the verification of this debt (Definition of verification Black Laws Dictionary 2nd edition -Confirmation of the correctness, truth, or authenticity of a pleading, account, or other paper, by an affidavit, oath, or deposition. See ******** **************************, 134 111. 126, **************************************************. C-) 65 Fed. 296; ********* v. Brooklyn, 6 App. Div. 127, 40 ***** Supp. 581.) i demand you provide proof of indebtedness by way of accounting records in accordance with GAAP with inclusion of balance sheets or a contract that express mutual assent s between me and your company signed by each party. if you cannot provide the requested information within 10 days of receipt of this complaint than you will be in violation of my rights under 15 USC 1692g(4) without the requested information signed under penalty and perjury there can be no verification of fact or claim. i demand you delete this invalidated debt from my consumer report immediately or i will take necessary steps in order to enforce my rights under the FDCPA

I did not request validation i requested verification pursuant black laws dictionary 2nd edition as stated in previous response. they have blatantly ignored my entire first complaint, and now they are blatantly ignoring my 2nd one. i demand you submit everything through BBB portal to avoid there false and erroneous methods. what i requested was an affidavit of fact, with proof of indebtedness with a contract signed by each party to display valid offer and acceptance with mutual consent & accounting records with inclusion of balance sheets in accordance with GAAP to show proof this debt even exist. You have 5 days to submit me VERIFICATION through BBB complaint portal or you are agreeing that this debt is invalid and does not belong to me, you are also agreeing that you have used my social security card without my consent in order to create an extortionate extension of credit which is punishable under 18 USC 892. SUBMIT EVERYTHING THROUGH BBB PORTAL failure to comply you shall also be held liable under 15 USC ****k as you unfair and deceptive methods have caused a severe inconvenience to my life and i intend to take action immediately if this tradeline is not deleted from my consumer report after this as this is proof of your willful noncompliance
