      Gas price gougers! 3.49 a gal in Franklin Wisc on Hwy 100. Down the street, ************ on ****** **** is 3.29 a gal

      We are sorry to hear that Mr. *** is unhappy. Due to the recent fuel cost increases from suppliers at the applicable fuel terminal over the past several days, Kwik Trip increased the price for Regular Unleaded on 6/17/24. Kwik Trip consistently assesses the market to ensure that we are priced competitively, but at times, due to the fuel cost increases from our suppliers, have to adjust our prices.

      This is a complaint about the ********** ********* Kwik Trip I was in the store I witnessed the store manager ****** treating her employees rudely as a customer I like doing business at the store in ********** but after seeing how the manager treats her employees it's really hard for me to go in there in my books it was definitely abuse from what I understand the ********** store has trouble getting employees and retaining employees after witnessing how the manager treats her employees it's not hard to understand why In this day and age when it's hard to get people to work when you do find somebody you treat them with dignity and don't abuse them I'm a retired factory worker that was a supervisor and if I would have treated my employees that way I would have been terminated somebody from Kwik Trip should look in to this problem

      Had a soft touch car wash on 2/29/2024. I have several scratches in the finish on my car hood that do now rub off. Of course, they are not responsible? I've got pictures of the scratches. They show clear half circles where the rotating brushes hit it.

      I fell after a snow storm in the parking lot. I went to report it. They employee at the register had to call her manger several times before she stopped filling shelves to come talk to me. Her first words to me. Were sarcastic. What do you want me to do about it? Call a ambulance?... She rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted to report the fall. I have a broken shoulder after all this and your insurance company won't even help with medical bills. I was told by my doctor I will eventually need surgery. We just don't know when yet. The area that was not cleaned was in-between parking stalls.... they said they have 5 hours to clean. But yet after I fall they decide it's the time to clean up the snow.... I feel like they didn't even care... that I was injured.

      A representative from Kwik Trip reached out to ********************** on 1/15/24 to verify that her injury claim has been reported to our insurance company.  We are very sorry to hear that she was not happy with the response from our retail coworker, her concerns have been relayed to the District Manager to address.

      Kwik trip customer service fails to respond after emailing them 5 different times over a 4 week period. Kwik trip sweepstakes is a scam you don’t get all your packer points when you visit. I have visited multiple times every week and once in a while I might get a couple points but it is not as advertised and when trying to contact customer service and response. I have now been shorted a couple hundred points and unable to enter the sweepstakes so I feel this is a scam unfair to consumers and falsely advertised. Even if it’s a computer glitch then why can’t customer service reply instead of ignore customers. I will definitely start spreading my money elsewhere so one less customer at Kwik trip every other day.

      Been having significant trouble with this stupid card and the app not paying the statement amount, just ALWAYS the minimum amount. I have automatic payments on and have statement amount selected. Never once have had a 0$ balance after the monthly payment. Really ******* up my credit. Get it right.

If a guest has an issue or concern with their credit card, we ask them to contact the Kwik Trip ***************** at ************** so they can have a conversation about the options available to them.

      I did and in app order delivery. I did not recieve all my items. Called kwik trip where I placed order they sent me to doordash. Contacted doordash they sent me to kwik trip operations. Called operations and got hung up on. So I did not get any answers to how am I suppose to get my refund back.

      Our representative ************ reached out to ************. He responded and confirmed the items that were missing. A refund was issued for the Urge popcorn to his **** card. He also did not receive the free Funyuns per the Holiday Extravaganza promotion and to compensate 15 visits were applied to his Kwik Rewards account.

      I got gas today and price the pump I was using was $2.34. when I paid it was $2.94 a gallon. The clerk said it doesn't matter what the pump says, only the price on the sign on the street matters. I have pictures upon request

      Upon receipt of ************************ customer review we searched our records and located a 11/6/23 service order placed by Kwik Trip #*** located at *************************, *********, **.  They reported that the fuel price on the 88 octane was wrong on pump #** reading $2.349 rather than $2.949.  A service tech was dispatched to the store to replace the defective *** display on the dispenser.

      We will reach out to ******************** via email to thank him for bringing the matter to the Clerk's attention and offer him a gift card as a token of our appreciation.
