      I am not a big Kwik Trip shopper except for a few items but I did try the car wash today in Monona. Disappointed that I chose soft touch but maybe my mistake. My front license plate was totally bent and my back window was just as dirty as when I arrived as well as most of the back of my vehicle.

      I have been trying to make my credit cars payment online, it will not let me summit it, I tried 2 times and got hung up on both times. Now I get a bill in the mail showing that there is a late fee do to their incompetence. Anyone looking to get a gas credit cars from kwik trip, do not, it looks like a good deal, til you have to do with their incompetent customer service department.

      We apologize for the troubles that you had making your Kwik Card payment.  Due to our system outage we were having difficulty processing Kwik Card payments.  Once the system was back on line we processed the payments to the accounts and then went back and credited accounts for any Late Fees or Finance Charges that posted as a result of delayed payments due to the outage.  If you are not seeing the credits on your account please feel free to contact the Kwik Trip ***************** at ************ so we can assist.  Again we apologize for the issues that you had with your account.

      I am deeply concerned that my personal information has been affected with the cyber attack. Kwik Trip is barely being transparent with what is going on. I have already deleted my KT app and I'm planning on closing my credit card as soon as the payment clears this week.

      Are you guys ever going to fix your mobile app network? It's been weeks and still can't access the app. It keeps saying no network connection. Any time line to when this will be fixed ? Your western wisconsin locations are on average. 15 cents higher then surrounding gas stations for diesel.

      When I go to a gas station I need gas, but I can go anywhere for that, so my decision is usually based on things like coffee, sometimes food and cleanliness. I think the coffee here changed (a while ago) because I used to go to KT all the time but if I need a coffee now I go to shell because it’s cleaner than citgo or mobii but still has decent coffee. Every few months I go to KT grab gas and retry the coffee and find it super watered down, almost tasteless and I usually end up tossing it. It’s like drinking hot water with cream. If I just want gas and a bathroom (less likely food) I go here because I like the atmosphere. But If I want gas and a quick coffee (75% of the time), I go elsewhere because I don’t want to make another stop. KT gets plenty of business, and a lot of people tell me they like going there ….”except for the coffee”

      ************ responded to this guest and gave him the background on our switch to Bean to Cup machines. *** encouraged him to try coffee from this machine instead of the drip machines. *** apologized for the coffee not being to his liking and thanked him for stopping at our stores.

      Went in to cash out a scratch ticket worth $150.00. clerk said their policy for winners that big was to payout $100.00 and the $50.00 I would get in store credit. This was the Kwik trip on ******* str in ***********. I'm sure that was illegal and warn others not to fall for it

      I have stopped going here all together. Every store is always out of stock of most things. Condament booth is lacked bad now, prices sky rocketed, the roller items are 100% empty at all times of the day and most of the hot items are stale, wow. Used to be my favorite place, back to ****** for me. ************ ****

      Got an email saying I was upgraded to their kwik rewards plus credit card. Three weeks later I reached out to them that I had never received the card. They refused to respond. Then, they deleted my entire rewards account, I lost everything. After several email attempts they finally responded saying I was never actually approved, a letter was sent out. I received no such letter and they would not restore my rewards. Needles to say, I will never visit kwik trip again.

      Poor service with pump pumped E85 at kwik trip #*** at approx 7:10 and the pump failed to stop filling up resulting in spilling around 1 gallon of gas and the manager told me I would not be reimbursed the money back because he said there was no gas spilt your on camera I then told him to watch the cameras then and he then began to have a smirky reply of get outta here Im the manager I dont care you can leave your on the cameras and I watched you the whole time simply filing this because I get is beyond crazy how he refused to even say anything about how did it happen or anything. Yes I was watching the pump and stopped it before more gas came out the lady next to me even watched the pump not stop. Poor service from a company that is all about there customers.

The customer has not responded yet.The District Leader has coached the team at the store to handle such situations better going forward.
