I had the same experience as ********** recently: I was sent a letter from TASC for $286 they said I owed from my HSA that was closed in 2019 when I left that employer; I called TASC and was told to go online but I dont have access to the associated email anymore. Another call to the ** ************** confirmed that TASC is legally required to correct past mistakes, if indeed it was a mistake, and suggested that I ensure the reversed charges are accurate by writing to TASC asking for more details and corresponding documentation. Its still frustratinghopefully TASC will respond with greater explanation than the call center rep. *** if not, ** told to reconnect with my local labor office through the **** Hope that helps anyone else going through this same lame situation.

My employer used TASC for our HSA accounts for a while. We switched companies about 4 years ago. Now I am receiving letters stating that I owe $166 for overpayment from this pre paid account and if I do not pay, I will be sent to collections. First of all, how can a "pre-paid" account over-pay? Then if they do, how is that my fault? And how can I be sent to collections for overpayment from a so called pre paid account that I did not sign anything to be financially responsible for? Also, any contributions to that account were pre-tax for me or from my employer, now I have to pay back within a week with post-tax money or I am sent to collections?? Also, how does it take 4 years to sort this out? Seems ridiculous and folks at whatever call center they are using have not been much help. I am told just to log in to my account online that I have obviously not used in years.....

Totally disorganized and posts fraudulent charges with no support to answer questions or make appropriate changes. I believe that this is a total scam. Do not use this supplier.

Horrible! They constantly try to deny the funds even though it's your money. Require so much verification that its impossible to use without having to call 800 number. And when you call you will need a translation. Not using this benefit again. Never deposit any money here. Just get taxed. You'll save money

The support team is extremely bad. I called them at least 4-5 times about a simple request and got wrong information every single time. First it was incorrect time estimates for request completion, then I was told an incorrect process, then I was given an incorrect payment status, then the email address that they sent information to was incorrect. The support team doesn't seem to know what they're doing and are just giving you any response to get you off the phone. I don't even know if they understand what I'm asking them half the time despite repeating the request multiple times per contact. The FSA customer portal is also horrible. The process for reimbursement / payment request is extremely unclear and when support is asked about the process, they give you the wrong information. If you can, avoid contacting support and DON'T use the "pay provider" option for your FSA.

Awful company. Provides cards to use for your account that can never be activated. Required my small business open accounts with $10k held in their escrow type accounts (which earn nothing for myself or my employees) and year by year they open and close accounts making it impossible to track their transactions and every year by year they keep $1k, or make it disappear into their own pockets. Thieves.

Just read the comments. What they are doing should be illegal. They deny everything. I submitted a receipt and its denied because they need an EOB. I submit the EOB from the in network provider directly from their website, and I'm told its not enough information (5 pages of info btw) , then I'm hung up on. The process to create a reimbursement is just fraudulent. You can only select "deductible" as an option to file for reimbursement on the TASC App and website, and then they say that deductibles do not qualify. So they created the system to not repay people.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. This company is very quick to take money from you but VERY slow to get you the services you are supposed to be paying for. I quit my job back in January 2023. I called TASC a few days before my last day and they told me (1) I would be automatically enrolled in COBRA as (2) the company I worked for was cover the first two months payments. Both of these statements were lies!I've now made two COBRA payments and the insurance company (AETNA) is saying they have heard nothing from TASC to continue my insurance coverage. As an insulin dependent diabetic, this was disturbing news. I have called and emailed this company several times trying to find out what is happening.I called again this morning. I was on hold for 46 of 49 minutes just to be told they are having systems problems and to call back in 1-2 hours to see if they had the system back up.I write this review simply to say "if you are thinking about leaving your job, check with HR first to find out who manages their post employment services." If it is this company, DO NOT leave your job. It's not worth the headache! Unfortunately, if it's not your choice to leave your job, you may have to endure it until you can find another job.Best of luck to you!

This company used to be so good to get benefit statements and year end reports. The last few years have been HORRIBLE. It takes multiple calls, faxes, and letters to get any kind of report from them. Even just to get a blank year end report to fill out is a major headache. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
