Avoid using them. They make it extremely difficult to get reimbursed, often denying reimbursement requests with vague reasons why then approving the request when its submitted exactly the same. I've never experienced such a horrible process and company for a healthcare FSA.

Hello ***** - Apologies for the difficulty with our service. Enhancements are scheduled for outgoing communications regarding documentation needed to satisfy the *** regulations for Healthcare ***. Claim documentation needs to include date of service, description of service, price for service, and the provider's name. Cash register receipts include the price and description, but do not include name of the patient whom the ** is prescribed for. You may call customer care during business hours for assistance with uploaded necessary documentation to allow your claims to be processed appropriately. Thank you.

Worst service! They keep on declining my claim even though I'm providing all the recipients and invoice they've requested. I'm on my 10th attempt resubmitting everything included a form they asked for. They act like it's their money.

Hello ***. Apologies that you are not having a good experience with our service. I do see that the documents provided in a Support Request in December were sufficient to process a claim from 2024. I see 3 pending claims and there is no documentation attached. Please submit the documentation for these claims to have them processed. If you have further questions our front line team will be ready to assist.

I was excited to have an *** for the first time and now I only have regrets. I submitted itemized receipts from providers for every provider expense charged, but TASC continues to ask for verification and now Im receiving notice that I owe them money if I dont resolve verification within 21 days to be IRS and plan compliant.. I have provided all available receipts from providers, which is exactly what was requested, and they still say that is not enough. In the past when claiming medical expenses with the *** it was easier than TASC. I cannot imagine renewing this service with my employer next year and Im reaching out to our HR benefits department to lodge a complaint as well.

It seems they want to make it as difficult as possible to get claims covered. They froze my card 3 times without notifying me or requesting anything then I reached out and they want more documentation. Currently, I submitted documentation for a B12 blood test done at the doctors and they understood it to be buying B12 vit. and declined it. when I pointed out that the submitted documentation clearly stated "Lab" they claimed it was not on the correct line. Horrible website, long waits for everything, bad customer service and really hard to get legitimate claims covered. I am tired of the card being frozen and taking a long time to be active again without any notification that this has happened or why. I would never recommend this company to anyone. telling me my B12 blood work would need a letter from doctor explaining why its medically needed......are you kidding

Getting them to approve a claim is painful. They state chiropractic work is covered. I submitted 30 office visits with my receipt. Because I paid for a lump sum of visits, they are denying the claim for not being an itemized bill. But I have each office visit with cpt and idc codes. Fighting this now for 3 months

Almost every claim is infuriating! Claims just get declined without a useful explanation, just copy and paste references to their policies. It’s my money they’re holding on to! Help me access my money! They most recently declined me for $18 for my son’s inhaler mask. I don’t see the benefit of the service anymore.

They have horrible customer service; their people are very rude. I have submitted multiple claims, requesting reimbursement and they are denied over and over with no explanation. I emailed asking for a response with no answer, no calls or emails explaining why this is denied. Then I call and have to talk to 4 people to get an answer. Any claim submitted after my end date of employment is not eligible, even though I had the funds I already PAID into the account. I specifically asked my HR guy when I left the job If I could still use the money in my account and I was told that yes, I could. So, I ordered glasses and contacts which were covered under the plan and are eligible expenses. Now these people are stealing over $2000 of my paycheck that I already paid into the company, because they are refusing to pay eligible claims for eligible expenses. Direct money into a savings account at your bank and label it Health account. That is the only way to get these crooks to not steal your hard-earned money. Absolutely ridiculous. these people should be ashamed of themselves stealing from hard working Americans who work in healthcare. Shame on you TASC!!!!!

Hello - Calls will be reviewed for quality. Apologies if you were treated poorly by our staff at any point. You will need to submit our claim manually so the date of service can be reviewed by our team for eligibility. Now that the plan is in runout, the dates of service have to have occurred during the plan year.

My charges that I submitted were in the plan year that I was employed in. I was submitting claims on the amount that I had already paid in out of my paycheck. Any error on your companies part for paying an ineligible claim is not my fault, that is the fault of your company and your employees. Not only have you refused to pay out the claims from 2024 that I was eligible for reimbursement on, you are now demanding that I reimburse your company for the claim that was payed out, supposedly in error by your company. You are keeping over $2000 of my paycheck that I paid in to this account by refusing to pay eligible claims that were qualified expensed under my flex account. So you are essentially stealing my income by refusing to reimburse me, and now you are trying to send me to collections for overpayment! your company is a bunch of crooks! I don't know how you sleep at night stealing money from hard working health care professionals! Shame on you TASC!!!! you are a horrible company and nothing but liars and thieves!

This company is a scam and steals money from my employers that should be going to employees. They give you the run around when you try to file a complaint. They never fix it but report it as fixed so you have to start from square one again. It is a never ending cycle to keep you arguing until you miss the cutoff deadline.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Receiving letters about ineligible expenses, additional verification, etc. Call company and it takes almost 5 minutes to verify my account. I had to give my employer, email address, home address, date of birth, amount of my 2025 allocation, type of account, etc. I said it is a health savings account and was corrected to healthcare FSA. Seriously?? Each representative gives me a different answer as to what the issue is and how to resolve it. One tells me they need more verification even after I have uploaded invoices and receipts which detail the date of service, service received, invoice amount, name of person, etc. I should not have to upload protected health information to get my invoice paid. Calls are disconnected. Call back and another representative tells me money was taken from my 2025 account instead of 2024 and I shouldn't have used my card. Ask for a Supervisor who tells me to send a check to TASC or request reimbursement from my 2024 account so my 2025 account can be reimbursed. Just take it from my 2024 account like it should have been. I receive requests for verification on nearly every transaction. Our company has used TASC for years, and I have never had an issue until now. Co-workers are having similar issues. TASC has gone downhill and their customer service is awful. It appears other users are having the same issues. It's unacceptable.

TASC never reached out. TASC told me to request reimbursement and they would transfer the money from my 2024 account to my 2025 account. That didn't happen. I had to deposit the money into my personal account and then issue a check to TASC. I sent the checks a week ago and let them know that. Yet I continue to receive final notice letters about paying the money back. TASC had the money to begin! On Monday, 3/3/25, I received three copies of the exact same letter indicating I had to pay immediately. I also received a letter yesterday about a $36.99 expense that was being denied for my eyeglass warranty against scratches, breakage, etc. I spent 32 minutes on the phone which is becoming a weekly routine with this company. TASC allowed this expense in 2023 but not 2025, and the supervisor could not tell me what changed. I got the warranty because it was paid in 2023, so it seemed logical to think it would be allowed in 2025. The supervisor told me that they are being told to crack down on review of all expenses and because it was a warranty, it is not covered as it is not a medical expense. I would argue it is a medical expense. I can pay $36.99 for the warranty and have repairs, scratches, etc. covered, or not get the warranty and pay hundreds of dollars to replace my progressive lenses if anything happens. TASC's interpretation of *** regulations seems arbitrary at best. **************** is not helpful or knowledgeable. Any money I saved in taxes is not worth this time and hassle. They are consistently inconsistent. It's ridiculous.

Theyre a scam! Will decline your card for *** approved purchases all of December just to tell you in January that you cant use your money anymore. So now they have stolen my money! Worst *** card by far! Their employees are clueless until you get to a supervisor just to tell you that you got *******.

Hello ******. Apologies for the inconvenience. This type of benefit account comes with eligibility end dates. Your eligibility end date should have been given to you when you signed up for the benefit, and included on a Summary Plan Description given to you by your employer at the same time. If you have expenses with dates of service within the eligibility period, you are still under your runout and may submit them until 3/31/2025.
