    This company is impossible to deal with. They go out of their way to decline eligible charges and make it impossible to get your money. When their mistakes are pointed out, they refuse to fix them. For example they denied a reimbursement because it was a duplicate charge. This wasn't the case and they are refusing to admit the error.

    The company's response is a completely fabricated lie. I spoke with someone over the phone that confirmed the request was not a duplicate and was done in error by them. They requested I resubmit and that one was then declined due to not having enough information. I resent it several more times, all denied even though I was providing exactly what the *** told me to have. It wasn't until I wrote this review that I magically had it right and it was approved. I believe to this day they would be holding my money and refusing to hand it over if it wasn't for publicly bringing attention to the problem. This is a horrible way to conduct business.

    I had a pleasant experience with a particular representative (Meagan), who was able to quickly resolve my issue after I had been transferred to her after being on the phone with a different representative (from an incorrect department in TASC?) for approximately 40-minutes without any resolution. Meagan asked me what was needed for her to pull up the necessary information to get me the support that I was requesting. What began as a very anxiety inducing call, ended with a sense of peace & resolve. Thank you Meagan!

    They make it so incredibly painful to get reimbursed for an expense. I keep submitting a full invoice for the work done which includes every detail required, then after several days its rejected because insufficient information. Whats insufficient? What more do you need? How can I get reimbursed if you wont tell me whats missing? This is the most frustrating process and they just can answer a simple question!!

    Zero stars from me, if that were an option. I had to settle for one star. Delays in communication, constant requests for flex card office visits, even after years of service from the same healthcare provider. Simply the worst service I can imagine. When documents are uploaded, they are ignored or lost in the system. I have had to upload receipts sometimes five or six times. If your employer goes to TASC, they are going cheap and you will be the hapless victim. Run while you can!

    I’m really pleased with the customer service I received on 12/12/2024. The gentleman was patient and kind, and took ownership of my situation. At the end of the call, my prob was solved, and that’s the outcome you’re looking for when you reach out to customer service. Bravo.

    Everything I try to do with this company is frustrating! Tonight, I suddenly cannot login. Not long ago, they reimbursed me for expenses I did not request and it took months of long calls and holds to straighten it out. I have requested that doctors be paid directly and the funds were never sent. Online support is horrible. I will be so happy to not have to deal with this company when my HSA funds are gone!

    What an absolutely disgusting company. Less than 1.1 stars literally anywhere on the Internet and they're still in business. Fortunately for them, the pure level of intentional red tape, incompetence, and the depth of their difficulty is more of a statement of how your employer feels about you than anything else. The fact that any employer in the country would bring on TASC as a partner is proof that they literally don't care about their employees. Years of terrible reviews, no changes to how they operate, mail/fax requirements to appeal broken decision making processes, and a general uselessness should be enough to keep HR people away. My card got shut off conveniently when TASC was on vacation for Thanksgiving, which also happens to coincide with the last day of spending available on the year's balance. I had no one to call, no card to use, and stood stranded and forced to use a credit card for a $900 purchase. THEN I submitted the receipt when I got home and they declined before 8am on the following day with no more reason given than "NoEligibleAccount," which might mean something to someone on the inside of TASC, but when I have to write my hand-written, hand-mailed essay about why I believe I deserve the money that's mine to begin with I don't even know why I was declined in the first place. It's very clear that this organization runs with a combination of intentional, borderline fraudulent, automations to force customers into migraine-inducing appeal processes and frustrate them out of actually getting their money, and incompetence at the core that makes them impossible to talk to.

    TASC ********* ******* ******* is awesome. I have used it for five years without any issues. The app is stellar and the ability to use my TASC card, makes using my FSA a breeze. I very rarely ever need to call support to ask a question.

    Horrible company! Communication is extremely poor. I've made several attempts to satisfy their validation requests, but there is always something new. I am contacting my HR department to rescind my re-enrollment. I do not recommend this company.

    In attempting to recover money I am owed from my FSA account, I was unable to even file a support request online. I have tried multiple times over a two week period. Calling customer service almost seemed to be designed to frustrate. After verifying ALL of my personal information with an offshore non-native speaker of English, I was transferred immediately to an automated system. Once again, I was asked to begin with my TASC ID (yes, I had it ready both times). Upon entering my ID, the call failed. I do not see how I will recover the ~$200 I am owed by this company. It is unclear to me whether they are 1) intentionally fraudulent or 2) grossly incompetent.
