    What...a....nightmare. The new computer system that came in during the early fall of 2023 did not operate like the old system. So when I overpaid my premiums manually and by setting up auto pay, and was assured by a supervisor that it could stay in the account because the computer would sweep through to pay future monthly payments, I found out that the new system couldn't do that, but it could send me a letter this month that said I had been unenrolled from my health insurance. I'm on my fourth conversation (and counting) with a supervisor, trying to get reinstated, but to no avail. During last night's conversation, the supervisor assured me that I would win an appeal and that things were going to be fine. In the meantime, I did nothing wrong, the new system and lack of accurate info being disseminated by the customer service people has created a situation where I am guilty until proven innocent, even though the system can't be adjusted to fix things. There is no point person taking care of my situation, so each call starts with me having to go back to last fall and recap everything that has happened. So a phone call doesn't help. When I ask for support online, it doesn't result in any contact. I'm nervous about losing my insurance, out $1,400 that they say I've been paid back, frustrated from the lack of needed contact and help from someone who knows my case and wondering why a company or organization would do business with this company. The scary part is wondering how many other people are fearful of losing their insurance, when their computer system and organization is at fault. Scary.

    Awful. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Horrible communication. We could do a better job of the services they overcharge for. Our employees struggled to work with them with our FSA account. We finally decided to change providers and they are now forcing us to pay for a full, future years worth of charges for ************** because we didn't notify them of our cancellation in time, or they are threatening to escalate the issue and send us to collections. Meanwhile they are freezing our rollout FSA funds. We will NEVER do business with them again, we are leaving a horrible review at the BBB, which we never do, and we will warn anyone inquiring away from using them. I can't imagine how they feel it is worth it to treat customers this way.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I think they have a policy where they immediately deny every reimbursement claim in hopes that the client will eventually give up on trying to get money back. I have every intention of having my company cancel the service when our renewal comes up.

    0 stars!They freeze your FSA funds. Dont communicate with you. Just keep requesting the same bill over and over.TASC card doesnt work at Walgreens.The worst benefits administrative company that Ive encountered.You have to send some forms by fax!Who uses fax machines anymore?If they are the choice next year, will not participate which stinks for saving money on already expensive healthcare ??

    Horrible COBRA continuation of benefits company, I got a temporary password to use to do the online continuation of dental insurance I had at previous employer, password started with a ~ which there website wouldn't accept, when called multiple times got hung up on, the one time I did get to talk to someone the representative helped me with logging into the website and said my dental insurance was covered through the end of the month due to I had made a payment for 2 months of coverage, but my dental insurance said my coverage was terminated 2 months prior.

    If I could give a zero rating I would. Run as far awy from this company as you can. The system is never working. The customer service representatives are rarely able to determine what the issues are when you call in. We have been doing business with TASC for 4 years and trying to get out of the contract for about 3 of those years becasue it is so bad. They automatically "renewed" out contract without approval for another 3 years and when we reached out to speak with a higher up to get out of the contract they just simply stopped replying to our messages. We quite literally cannot get anyone to call us back or reply to our emails. They make errors on the backend that then put "holds" on our employee accounts so when they go to use their funds they are denied and when asked why it happened they say it was a mistake on their end. I rarely write reviews, especially negative reviews but if I can save at least one company from the sheer misery of this company I feel it is worth the time to do so. RUN as fast as you can to any other HSA provider!!

    Customer service is unable to resolve any issue I had with continuing my COBRA coverage beginning with making corrections to my information so that I could sign up online. I completed all of my paperwork and submitted it through their service ticket process only to have my payment held instead of processing so I could get coverage. Once the payment went through I received a notification addressed to someone else. After I noticed another mistake involving my paperwork, I contacted customer service only to be read a script and then eventually told their system would be down and no changes could be made. No warning, no alternative offered, no explanation. It has been nearly a month since my payment was processed and I still do not have active insurance nor has my paperwork issue been resolved. I contacted Task using their online customer service messaging system to cancel any further payments since they have been unable to complete the first task assigned to them.

    The worst customer service and policies around! Everything is a battle, no consistency at all. Declined or frozen without any notice over dr visit charges. Absolutely terrible! 0 stars
