    I worked at a company for 2 years putting money in a health savings account. The company did not match what I contributed. The money was mine. I left the company and TASC kept $850.

    I am sick and tired of fighting for reimbursements that meet the criteria but are denied. I am furious with my previous employer for going with TASC without vetting them properly. TASC is terrible.

    Seriously awful. Completely UNABLE to use MY money on my HSA for any doctors bills, app is completely broken, and customer service will not even reply to support requests. Had to pay out of pocket for a dental trip because my HSA card with TASC kept declining - and can't do anything about it!

    ZERO STARS !! This is the worst COBRA continuation company I have every used. They can't seem to auto withdraw from my account. They tell me insufficient funds. Which is just a "generic" reason I am told as I had plenty in my account to cover this. After 3 months of trying to get the auto withdraw to work without success they just cancelled my insurance. I filed an appeal. Takes 30-60 days for them to decide. There is no other way to pay over the phone. Terrible terrible company.

    Constant request for verification of a submitted claim but no information on what is missing. I'm an employee benefits consultant and we use TASC for our own FSA's. I would never, ever, ever recommend this company to my clients. They hold the money as long as possible with vague explanations of what you need to submit. They are going well above and beyond the requirements of the law, and it's all about the float.

    C*** website, basic functions like paying them don't work. **************** is incompetent, uncaring, disorganized, and doesn't provide adequate communication to customers. We tried to make an online payment for Cobra because the paperwork said mail-in payment could take weeks. The online payment wasn't going through, so we called and tried what they suggested. It still didn't work, so we emailed, again was given erroneous info that didn't work, so we called again. We kept being given futile steps. "Wait three business days, check the numbers and redo the payment, choose recurring payment instead of one time payment". All these seem reasonable until you find out that an entry error in the beginning of the process would flag your account and the flag cannot be removed without chosing "mail-in" to clear the flag in the acct. Who would know to do that?! I've spent hours trying to pay this company our Cobra payment. Weeks have passed. They kept giving us the runaround until I very directly insisted they escalate us to someone who actually understood the system. Now I'm trying what "*******" said should work, but he had no interest in updating their website to warn customers about this issue and no interest in getting their billing department to notify customers when there are flags that need to be cleared first before payments can be made. Apparently these flags can only be cleared by the customer, when there's no way they can be aware that such an issue even exists! His attitude was that they have a new system coming online in the next few months so they won't put any effort into making it better for the customers that are dealing with it now. Aside from the heaps of wasted time and frustration, when your Cobra is not active, most doctors won't accept it - forcing an unemployed person to pay out of pocket and then have to complete complicated and time-consuming paperwork to try to get reimbursed. They are creating hardships on unemployed people.

    This company keeps asking for verification from a doctor's office for charges incurred there. I submit the receipts given to me including the services and amount-denied! I have asked what they need through their contact form-no response. Every week I get an email requesting verification. At this point I have no idea what they want. The specific procedure I had done is none of their business. It is covered under my insurance and my copay is to be paid through my FSA, no questions asked because I have submitted the appropriate receipt and documentation. I will not be re-enrolling at the end of the year. It's too much of a hassle to save a few bucks.
