    Several claims over the last 4 years. Always a prompt, professional response from UHP and flawless coordination with service providers. Service provides contacted us within minutes of talking to UPH to schedule a service visit. Knowledgeable service providers completed quality work quickly and responsibly. Highly recommend.

    Fast same-day service on a weekend! We were very pleased with the prompt, friendly attention we received from the company rep that was sent out to repair our furnace. The problem was quickly and efficiently taken care of.

    I have had UHP for at least 15 years. Like the fact they are a local business. I had an issue with a dripping laundry room faucet this time. Made a claim over the internet. Avid plumbing called within 24 hours. Replaced my faucet. Did a phenomenal job. I paid only my deductible. By having UHP I am able to better budget for those unforseen repairs.

    They are the real deal. Been with them for 3.5 years. I own a duplex and don’t have time to worry about maintenance, calling professionals, getting quotes, etc. I just want my aging appliances fixed/replaced when they break. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them. I pay my service fees and they fix my stuff. So far I’ve had over $3.5K covered under warranty (did I mention the aging appliances).

    Tremendous gratitude for job well done when my furnace (heat exchanger) went out on Christmas Eve(!). Also, for the folks at Adamczyk who were outstanding for the install. It could have been a homeowner's worst nightmare, but UHP had our back. Been with UHP since 2017 and it is still one of my easiest decisions to renew every year.

    Getting this home warranty was the best decision I made. Payments are affordable and the service is absolutely perfect! Quick response on emergency issues and the people send to my home to fix the problems were very professional and polite. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that owns a house.
