    My husband and I purchased our first home in of March 2024 And were gifted a UHP package from our wonderful realtor. Recently we had to file two claims for a plumbing and electric issue in our home. The response time to schedule an appointment with the plumber and electrician were quick and easy. We received a phone call to set up the appointment and they were in by the end of the week. UHP covered both issues that were found. Everyone we spoke with was professional and helpful. Five out of five stars, absolutely recommend!

    I highly recommend UHP! Their home warranty came with our house when we bought it 7 years ago, and weve kept renewing each year since they are so great to work with. A good value, very responsive, and they partner with the best contractors. Weve had to put in so many claims, and the process is smooth each time.

    I always get excellent service. The technicians they hire to do the job are reliable. They respond in a reasonable time. I'm always treated w respect and they all are friendly. I've made claims by calling and emails. Great company.
