      They kept on raising my internet rate, so I called them once again to try and get the price down so they offered me what they called "Price For Life". They said that the rate would never go up. For a few months it remained the same and then here we go again it. They increased the price AGAIN!
      I think this is deceptive advertising. There should be some sort of penalties or consequences for false service claims

      TDS There is not a day go by that something is not right from voice cutting in and out to pixelated pictures to no picture at all, their service is the worst. I wish their people that pay for their commercials would yank their support from them.

      False advertising. The door to door salesman offers promotional incentives and provides a flyer to entice potential customers. Then, the company reneged on the promotion.

      Terrible customer service, very unorganized company. They left waiting 8 months before I subscribed to tell me my house was unserviceable, even though they had serviced every house on my block.

      TDS is distructive during instalation of under ground cable, they busted a neighbors irrigation under ground water line, repair was made after all irrigation water was seasonally shut off no one will know if the repairs were done correctly no water presure untill next spring, they broke a major telephone pole wire, the electrical company apon arrival had to go through a neighbors back yard and the utilliy trucks rear wheel base was too wide and clipped the patio corner causeing patio deck to roof to lean, fingers are pointing at tds but they refuse to pay but if they had done there job correctly there wouldnt be any Problem, All counties nation wide should put TDS in the Street and not in some ones back yard or telephone poles or exsisting home owners easement lanes or utillity coridors this will minimize any distruction of any personal property, there for connection from the street to the house will be easier for everyone

      Absolutely abysmal company. Beyond deplorable. Having dealt with spotty service (despite paying a good chunk for a fast plan) and crappy customer service, I finally switched to a local internet provider. It was discovered, when I went to cancel my account with TDS, that they had been charging me for a modem for nearly two and a half years - but had a note in my file that I had purchased my own modem when I first started service with them back in 2022. I asked for a refund of this, since it was their mistake and not mine, and I was told they could only credit my account for the last six months, which would barely cover my final service bill. So they're basically keeping nearly $250 of my hard-earned money because THEY made a mistake and won't correct it. I cannot urge you enough to avoid this despicable company at all costs if you can. If you have no choice but to go with them, make sure you are not incurring any extra charges when you sign up. Watch your bill like a hawk and chew them out the moment they make a mistake.

      I recently cancelled my TDS, the biggest BBB issue is that even though I paid for the billing cycle of 11/7/24-12/8/24 and cancelled on 11/13/24 TDS refuses to refund for services they aren't providing. They state that their T&C's cover this. Is it legal for a service provider to refuse a refund when they are no longer providing a service?

      TDA lies about their pricing. Promised me $49.99 month for life and i was told the total monthly charge would be $52-$53 with taxes. I was told the modem was no charge. That was a lie. They are charging me $12.00 a month for the modem. Service is not bad but they are lying with their sales pitches. My review gets 1 start because They are NOT honest.

      I will move when my lease is up because the internet is so bad, so unpredictable and so expensive that I have to go to the library to use the internet. Since I have an in home business this is inconvenient, but I pay almost $400 a month for the internet I would almost be better off renting an office. And according to tds there is nothing wrong with it; it just doesn't work consistently anyway. It is the worst service I have ever seen bar none.

      Good Internet Speeds. Good internet service. However, they keep raising the monthly fee. Started at $45 to $50 to $65 to $75 to $84. Very difficult to cancel. $78 charge for 3 days of service when canceling. Very difficult to work with.
