      A gift card $200 was given to me as a Christmas gift which was compromised. Went to use it a nothing was on it. I have been trying to get a resolution to this since 12/27/24. I have tried multiple times, only to get the run around. The last call was to and the associate hung up on me and put me into a survey. Which I did a it was not a good one.

      ******** came out with their recall.they had me destroy my base and submit a picture of it. i ordered my blendjet replacement base. It has been since February 2024 that i put in my request to replace the base. i have not received it. it does not take a whole year to replace a simple base. i have followed up with them on several occasions and they keep saying to be patient and that they dont know when i will receive it. then they should refund me my money because it was only a month and a half that i used this item. by then khols said they could not help me and i couldnt return it. would like to take my buisness elsewhere and get my money back.

      We apologize for our customer's disappointment.  While we are unable to find and / or refund the original purchase, we've emailed a $60 Courtesy ****** Cash Coupon to the customer today; the BlendJet 2 are currently running $49 to 59.99.   We recommend that the customer keep the BlendJet since it looks in the correspondence attached that the replacement base will eventually be sent from BlendJet even though they are back logged.

      The form you sent is not a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. It appears you may be a reseller. Kohls offers merchandise to our customers online and in our **********************. ********************** is a retailer, not a wholesaler. Kohls does not sell to resellers and resellers are prohibited from purchasing products, enrolling in/participating in any program or offer sponsored in whole or in part by Kohls.

      I had attempted to return items ($240.20) within policy due to certain products not working with my skin. Kohls associate attempted to return the items which was unsuccessful.They then told me that the return policy was just updated and I would be unable to return my items; according to the return policies this change does NOT affect purchases made before 4/24/25 and can be returned with a beauty insider phone number if a receipt is not available for a store merchandise card if it is between ***** days of the original purchase date. The items I was attempting to return were not past the 60 day mark.The manager then told me to attempt to get the order number from ******* Corporate to see if they would allow her to override the return. I then contacted ******* and was told they DO NOT have anything to do with Kohls Sephora purchases and it would be a Kohls matter.I then contacted Kohls Online Advisors to which they found my order as well, and confirmed the date and purchase amount. After speaking to a representative, she was not aware of the return policy taking affect on items purchased on and after 4/24, not items purchased on 4/23 and before. I was then told AGAIN by this online advisor that I would have to contact ******** Corporate to rectify this issue. I then provided this representative with a photo of Kohls Return policy on ******* products that was previously stated in the same chat that we were in she stated she could do a one time refund and then stated she could not. I then asked for Kohls Corp. contact information to which she gave me a phone number to call to speak to a rep,and said Corp. does not have a form of communication. I then asked to speak with her supervisor, and the sup. stated the only way that I could get any of this info to the Kohls staff was through a feedback survey. In summary my items were within the return policy date and condition. I was denied a return/exchange attempt and was given absolutely no way to rectify the situation.

      The items that are mentioned, are under two separate purchases that were shown in the images attached previously and now. I have spoken to staff and they have indicated that they did find the both purchases. One was made on 2/23/25 and the other was made on 3/2/25. I have also attached another copy of the screenshot showing where the customer service representative was able to locate the order placed on 2/23/25 and the Kohls Manager ***** at the *********** location was also able to locate the orders as well.

      After further, we confirmed she was instructed to return the items back to the store. She advised she would complete this as of 4/3/2025. We are awaiting confirmation from the store management team that the items were returned. Once that is received we will assist with issuing the credit for the items returned to the store.  The Customer has a direct contact with a Member of our Executive Team as well.

      The customer was also given a courtesy $50 Gift Card in the meantime.

      On the morning of April 27, 2025 I ordered a sheet set on Kohl'*****. There was a coupon available for the order for 15% off. After I ordered, I noticed that the price had gone down online to include the 15% off coupon. The photo I have attached shows the new price and that the coupon had been applied. When I called customer service they refused to make the adjustment and insisted that the price had not gone down. The *** gave me a fake email address to send the attached photo showing proof and said they would resolve within a few hours. Needless to say I never heard back. I also contacted online chat and they also refused to adjust the price. I asked for a supervisor and they refused as well even though he could clearly see what I was showing him. I feel that the customer service was very rude and unhelpful and I want the price adjusted.

      ****** customer service supervisor mentioned that had I reached out same month/within 30 days of expiration, they'd have reinstated it. Now response to BBB states that it's not in policy to reinstate at all. This is looking more like willingness to enforce policy. 

      ****** has not shared their policy document. 

      Also, my request is not to reinstate ****** cash. Rather, to provide reasonable accommodations - either store credit, new ****** cash, or different/partial amount.

      On April 10th I placed an order with ************************** for some bedding. Minutes after placing the order I received an email from Kohls indicating that my order had been cancelled. Ok, thats frustrating enough but what really bothered me was that Kohls still charged my **** $145.26! I called customer service twice and they refuse to refund me my money. They claim that this is a pending charge on my **** and simply utilize long pauses on the phone to get the customer to give up and end the call. This is NOT a pending charge on my ****. I have talked to my bank and confirmed this. This is fraud on the part of Kohls, as the second Kohls CSR conceded in our conversation. I simply want my money back as I did not receive the goods I paid for.

      Unfortunately, I shop at Kohls all the time. A few times a week. Only because its convenient. The people at the store are wonderful and always very helpful. However, the customer service over the phone is horrific. Every single time I call I get the rudest human beings, people that have zero customer service skills, zero English skills, and every time I have to go to a supervisor. Usually a supervisor will be helpful. However, this evening Ive never dealt with a human being that is so rude, no lack of communication skills, and no lack of customer service . Thats not just the **** the agent I spoke to, it was also Delzzar the supervisor. Who shockingly was worse. It was so bad, that I vow to myself that I will NEVER shop at Kohls again. They are not deserving of customers when the customers are treated the way they are when they call on the phone. Earlier, I was given a credit to a non existent gift card. I was told they could not do anything about the credit if I still didnt have the gift card. That was zero for over a month. So like most, it was tossed away. ******* was not understanding. Literally not ins a word I was saying. So Im just out the return. It was just the oddest most confrontational conversation I think Ive had in decades. I just gave up and then hung up because I was getting very, very frustrated and angry due his lack of communication skills and trying to help a customer.

      4/26/25 a coupon on ****************************** appeared for 15% off Kohls brand purchases if you subscribed to Kohls text messages (screenshot with timestamps included).I subscribed and received the following text message (screenshot included):******: You're set for periodic texts Get 15% off ********************** w/QQFT9NBK69HLP thru 5/15. Text HELP for help STOP to end. Msg &DataRatesMayApply I had a purchase to make, took it to the register, they said they could not take the coupon unless it was a bar code. I went ahead and made the purchase and called customer service.The man I spoke to swore that coupon was not on the Kohls website. He said the he could not see it on the website so he would not give me the 15% off. I told him that I would send the time stamped screenshot, but he said since he could not see it that it didn't exist. He told me to fill out the problem on the Kohls feedback button, which I did and I requested a call back (but have not heard back).

      I placed an order(Order No: **********) for instore pick up as Im mostly at work and did not want to run the risk of my package being stolen. I came in today Saturday 04/26/25 to the Kohls in ********, ** at around 10:15am and went to the Spot my package wouldve been located in only to find an empty box. I went to the **************** Desk, 2 representatives assisted me in looking for it and they can back empty handed. During that time the app tagged it as picked up but the 2 male representatives and 1 female representative behind the desk know I did not pick up my package. I got a refund for my order, however, I told them I would like to replace the same order for the same price but this time have it shipped to me directly but they advised for price adjustment I needed to contact ****************.I called **************** ************** to order a replacement order of the package that was lost in store at Kohls Alhambra, ** and to my surprise, the male representative I spoke with refused and said the only thing he can do is give me 15% coupon for a future order. Shame on you Kohls! You lost my package and you dont want to assist me with a replacement order with a price adjustment of what I originally paid as now the item is $8 dollars more expensive and for less than $10 you refused a price adjustment.

      The price is now $95. Saturday was $85 and now your own website increased it to $95. I originally paid for the shoes for $76. You are now requiring me to pay $20 more. Also, I want these shipped to me. I ordered in store pick up and the order was lost/stolen on your watch under your noses! So, I dont trust in store pick up. Lastly, please look at the cameras, find out what happened. This was a huge inconvenience! It was pouring on Saturday, I made the effort to pick up my shoes and the only thing I walked out of Kohls with was a bad cold and high blood pressure because of the shock!

      In conclusion, to resolve this, I am seeking:

      1. Replacement order paying the same exact price I paid. Even with the $10 kohls cash sent today, I am still $10 short as you increased your price $20 more.

      2. Ship shoes to me.

      3. Really investigate and get to the bottom of this. I am not seeking answers for me, I am seeking answers for Kohls to change the pick up policy to prevent this from happening to any other customer. This is unacceptable!
